how to escalate flirting with an older guy?

i (30nb, more or less fem presenting) recently met an older guy (50?m), and it seems like we've hit it off, at least as friends. all of my past dating experiences have started on apps where the intent was clear, so this is kind of new territory for me. i feel like he might like me, but maybe he's hesitating because of the age difference.

i'm really enjoying the tension of flirting and not knowing what's going to happen. what are some things (questions i can ask him to steer the conversation toward more personal/intimate topics, compliments i can give him, ways i can casually touch him more) that you like to do to escalate flirtation? what are your moves? i just want to build the tension a little more before i make a more direct move. thank you in advance!!

how to text someone without them getting any of my info?

tl;dr: how do i text someone from google voice without them being able to find out any of my personal info, including my name?

long version: recently i was at a bar and a guy started talking to me. he seemed a little weird but i didn't want to judge too quickly, so i asked for his number and said i'd text him. i was being totally sincere. later i looked up his name and he was in the news for creepy behavior toward kids, so obviously i don't want to talk to him. however, i'm worried that i'll run into him again (small town, even smaller music scene) and he'll be pissed that i led him on, so i'd like to send a text letting him down gently. i don't want him to have my number (he didn't even get my first name, so he has no way to find any of my info as of now). i think i can use google voice for this, but how do i do it safely to make sure he can't figure out my name or other info? is it sufficient to just make a burner account with a fake name? thank you in advance, and sorry for the long-winded story. i just wanted to make clear that it's a safety issue and it's important that i get this right

a plea to yard sale sign makers

the address should be the largest, most legible part of your sign, followed by the date and time. "sale" can actually be quite small, as most handwritten neon (side note: black marker on white posterboard is the easiest to read) posters on telephone poles are for the same purpose. i want to buy your junk! please! make your sign so that i can tell when and where the sale is without crashing my car! ok that is all love u all bye

question about make.shift art space shows

the posters for the music events all say "no booze" and i'm wondering if it's bad etiquette to have a couple drinks before going to a show there? not super drunk or anything, i literally mean like two drinks max. never been to an alcohol-free show/venue before and i don't want to be rude/uncool

how do you express yourself with art?

i know how to physically use a paintbrush or put words on a page, and i do create things sometimes, but i don't understand how to channel what's deep inside me into art. how do i do that? i have a lot going on in my head and i would love to have a creative outlet for it but i just don't understand it at all when people talk about channeling what's inside them into their art. i hope this question makes sense

plus size-friendly beginner boxing classes?

hey friends! i'm interested in taking boxing lessons (also open to kickboxing and muay thai, but really most interested in boxing), but i'm very unathletic and very intimidated by gym culture as a fat person. i'm not looking to lose weight, just looking for a new hobby in a space where i won't be treated differently for my size. any recommendations?

p.s. please also no comments about weight loss, i'm really not trying to have that conversation. just scroll on if you feel the urge to tell me how to fix myself, thank you

friend is relapsing, what do i say?

my internet friend quit drinking a while ago (afaik not in a formal program) and just posted that they're drinking again. i want to reach out to them, but i don't know what to say. should i reach out right now while they're drinking or wait until tomorrow? they're not mean or dangerous, i'm just not sure what the right approach is. i want to support them and help them move forward from this if i can. any advice is appreciated, thank you

where/how do you get most of your EH books?

when i want to read a book i usually check libby first and keep an eye out at thrift shops, but EH books are not really available in those venues. i don't like to spend a lot of money on books, so used or ebooks are typically my go-to. what format (physical/ebook/audio/pirated?) and what store/app do you typically get your EH reads from?
