I just opened a payroll account with BPI last May 11th.

I tried downloading my bank statements via app however it says that there are no statements to download. I’m assuming it’s because my account is less than 3 months old.

If I visit a BPI branch to physically request it, will they be able to hand it out? For context, I need bank statements from May to July.

Also, is it possible to request it by date? Say, I need statements from May 23 to July 23 only. Is that possible?
