⚠️ Born with mobility-related disabilities (“straight leg syndrome”)

🏡 Can be fostered or adopted SEPARATELY (not bonded)

Meet Tessa and Tex — two incredibly special German Shepherd puppies looking for foster homes or forever families.

These sweet pups were born with mobility-related disabilities affecting their legs, but they do NOT let that stop them. They are doing amazingly with their wheels and continue to gain confidence and strength every day. They will come with their equipment and support to help set them up for success.

💙 TESSA (#Tessa0086)

Tessa is full of personality and classic German Shepherd sass. She can be cautious at first and likes to keep herself and her brother safe, but once she trusts you, she is incredibly loving and devoted. She’s smart, determined, and bonds deeply with her people.

💙 TEX (#Tex0087)

Tex is the goofy, affectionate shepherd boy everyone falls in love with. He’s sweet, eager to please, loves affection, and does well with other dogs. He has such a gentle and happy spirit.

Both puppies:

✔️ Good with cats

✔️ Good with calm dogs

✔️ Sweet and affectionate

✔️ Comfortable with baths, blow dryers, diapering, and handling

✔️ Doing wonderfully with their wheels

✔️ Working on their potty-training outdoors

✔️ On the smaller side

✔️ Looking for patient, loving homes willing to see beyond disability

Transport can be arranged for the right home. 💙

These puppies are not broken — they simply need someone willing to give them the chance they deserve.

Buttercup is a 10-month-old Staffie/Mastiff mix with a heart as big as she is 💛 and her story makes her even more special. She was saved from euthanasia at BARC in Houston, TX, by Mission Mutt Rescue, and now she’s ready for the happy ending she truly deserves.

This sweet girl is the total package:

✨ Incredibly affectionate and loving

✨ Super social- she treats everyone like her best friend

✨ VERY Dog-friendly and loves to play! She would love to have a playful sibling(s)!

✨ Crate trained and wonderfully quiet (not a barker!)

Buttercup thrives on fun and adventure. She loves being outside, exploring, playing, and zooming around the yard, but she’s just as happy curling up for cuddles and naps once playtime is over. She settles beautifully and enjoys simply being by your side.

She would love a home with space to stretch her legs, but she could also adapt well to apartment living with appropriate exercise and adventure. She is a strong, growing girl, and will need someone committed to continuing her leash training.

Buttercup is a loyal companion, a cuddle buddy, and a joyful presence who will brighten your life every single day.
