The Fire Demon got its wings nerfed and lost that unique freakiness, the Skeleton looks like a buck-toothed guy wearing colored lenses (red or purple, whatever), and the Ninja went from sleek to just having a giant head

Is the Ninja's giant head just an early symptom of Green Knight's 'juggling allergy'?
