Langkawi - family friendly resorts

We have 2 kids, ages 5 and 7. We've visited Langkawi a few times, but always stayed at Pelangi Beach Resort. The kids and I love it, but my wife is bored and won't stay there again. Can anybody suggest another place to stay that will be good for young kids and has similar amenities to Pelangi (kids club, petting farm, small waterpark)? Ideally in cenang area, i don't want to be far from convenience stores, laundry, restaurants and cafes. Thanks

Camera bulb that works with nest hub and home app?

There's a bunch of camera bulbs on Amazon but they don't seem to work with Google hub. The ones I've found that are compatible are the wyze camera bulb (which is very ugly) Energizer and lorex. Anyone have experience with these, or can recommend another one? Ideally has a microSD slot for local recording.

Also must function as an actual light bulb

can i do an in kind transfer of shares from a US brokerage to a wealthsimple nonregistered account ?

My employer issues RSUs through Etrade, I want to move them to a Canadian brokerage. Can I do this to a wealthsimple nonregistered account? Etrade allows transfer in kind to a Canadian brokerage, but someone told me WS will only receive from another Canadian brokerage. Anyone have experience doing this, any headaches encountered along the way?

App to stream music from Google drive

Looking for an app that can access Google drive on my car's screen thru Android auto. I'd like to be able to stream my mp3 collection, which is stored on Google drive, while driving. I currently have cloudbeats which can do this if i purchase the premium version, and came across AnExplorer but also needs the premium version. Any other suggestions? I'll likely go with cloudbeats if not

Need recommendations for landscaper to resod yard

I want to resod my backyard, not a large area about 25' x 13'. We're in a townhouse in Thornhill. Would like someone with a recommendation rather than a random ad from marketplace. Thanks.

Island hopping been Phuket and Krabi, Thailand

Hi, looking for people who have experience going between Phuket and Krabi by ferry/speedboat with small kids. Time of year is sometime October 2026, rough idea is to do 3-4 nights in Phuket, Ko Yao for maybe 2 nights, 3-4 nights in Krabi. My wife also wants to do a day trip to phi phi at some point. We can start on either end. Looking for feedback on the following:

\- Is this a good idea with small kids (5 and 7)? I've read speedboats are not the best option especially for choppy waters. My kids haven't done long ferry rides before so I would like them to have this experience (plus it's cheaper than flying between HKT and KBV). I think one stop in between should be ok, if we're up for it we can do day trips to other islands.

\- We'll likely travel with 2x30" suitcases, would that make taking the boat/ferry problematic?

\- Any other suggestions for this leg of our trip? This is part of a larger \~3 week trip, can be done in this order or reverse. BKK is really just for us to rest and get on local time, main focus is the islands, but if the trip is reversed it's just to catch our flight home. We could always fly in and out of Phuket, haven't priced that option yet but i think it'll be similar, I just don't like doubling back.

Canada->BKK->USM->KBV->???->HKT->Canada

Thanks

How to entertain a 4 year old downtown on a Friday evening

My wife and daughter are attending a concert downtown tomorrow evening, I'll have my son in the meantime. We live in Markham and I'll have to drop and pick them up, rather than go back and forth i'd prefer to wait for them. I thought I'd take my son to the "science center" or Arcadia Earth, but both close early evening. I don't want to drag him around Eaton center for a few hours. Anything else I'm not thinking of?
