Chesapeake bay gear

Thinking of getting out on the bay if I can find a reasonable priced way of doing it, and wondering what tackle folks use?

I've done a lot of catfishing got 3000 - 5000 reels for cats and surf fishing but the rods are pretty long. Then I've got some medium fast 6' rods and reels for ditch pickles (LMB).

When I boat fished as a teen it was in deeper 100-200' water for skate, conger, spurdogs and the odd shark with trolling reels like penn senator style reels with 50lb mono and heavy ass glass rods 40lb rods.

I'm going to assume that's overkill for the bay, so what do you folks use?

What I'd love to get to give you an idea of what i'd target

- Sheep

- Drum

- Cobia

- Bluecats

Business Profile for a software business I run from home

I've submitted verification paperwork, getting the video verification request.

  1. Not going to create a video of my house

  2. There's no real landmarks, just a row of town houses.

  3. Customers don't come to my house.

Is there an alternative?

Creating a declarative agent and having no fun

I'm struggling with this, i'm creating an declarative agent for some PoC's, I want to try and see if we can get an agent to show up on a desktop version of Word / PowerPoint / Outlook and maybe Excel (TBD)

So far I can only get it to work online through https://m365.cloud.microsoft/

And have it show up in O365 with a lot of effort that I can't recall doing myself let alone trying to get end users to replicate it.

Has anyone made this work cleanly?

Like open Copilot > type \@botname prompt and it just works?

Do the desktop app's even support custom bots? As I can't get an exact answer, only an old forum posts of folks having similar trouble?

I got dokku running on my DS920+ with the DSM's docker and DNS Manager (bind)

Dokku's an open source PaaS heavily modeled on Heroku that uses docker and git.

It comes with a bunch of plugins that makes deploying applications easier, like buildpaks, DB management, routing, dns etc..

https://dokku.com/

Made an install script for DSM 7.x https://github.com/pjaol/dokku-synology

Sets up the dokku's docker, adds a wildcard dns + self signed cert *.dokku.home.arpa (configurable)

And adds a wildcard config to the DSM's nginx sites-enabled

Make docker compose or node apps so much easier to deploy locally, and just fits in the ecosystem.

Doesn't impede existing web desktop as everything is under the *.dokku.zone
