THE WORST PART IS, YOU CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE IT! Yes, you heard it right, you genuinely CANNOT unsubscribe it in the App, or through the USSD *118#/*128#.
You are stuck with what you have. And guess what I did? I took the bullet and accepted my greed has brought me inconvenience. I bought another plan, my usual RM30 plan, expecting to cover this INCOMPETENT plan.
AND GUESS WHAT? IT CHOSE TO PRIORITISE TO USE THE INCOMPETENT PLAN, RATHER THAN MY EXPENSIVE RM30 PLAN!
