Hi! I've taken the LSAT in person twice, and with the rule shift away from remote tests I have a few pieces of advice starting with the most important one:
PLAN TO SHOW UP 30 MINUTES EARLY, THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I see people in this subreddit inevitably say they were disqualified because they were late. Don't be that person. Plan to get there early.
Second, CLEAR, LABEL-LESS PLASTIC WATERBOTTLES ONLY. Get a smartwater from the gas station on your way in.
Last, BRING A SNACK. it'll help during the break fr fr.
We got this. Good luck to all of you August test takers whether this is attempt 1 or attempt 5! SHOW UP EARLY.
Hi!
My partner and I are both NM, and we are also engaged and nesting (yay!)
After more than 2 years of being monogam-ish, I want to get out there and start dating & making some new connections. But I've never had to think about meeting/connecting with people while engaged.
I will under NO circumstances be taking my ring off, as I am so proud to have this beautiful person in my life. That being said how are married/engaged folks navigating this? How do you bring it up? Do you have to address it? Are people bothered by it? All tips or stories or whatever is welcome. Thank you!
I want to hear some assumptions about my taste based on these faves of mine
Straightforward, if you are in CO and have successfully had ureaplasma treated, drop your doctor recommendation!
I've been out of studying/school for a few years now, and I need to know how folks are studying in 2026. Are you going to a coffee shop and reading text books? Are you making flash cards? How do you study with purpose and not aimlessly?
Any advice welcomed!
AAAHHHHHHHHHH ok so my AC Compressor went out. I knew exactly what it was. I took it to the mechanic and he said that one of my front control arm bushings will need replaced too. Both of these are common/known issues with the 2018 foresters. I am so frustrated.
How feasible is it to replace the bushings myself? I am by no means a mechanic, but between friends and my dad, I think we would have all of the equipment needed to do the replacement. I just don't want to fuck something up.
Anyone who has had to replace the AC compressor, have you had any issues since? I don't want to have the repair done just for it to go out again in another few years.
Any advice appreciated. I love this stupid car so much but I hate that I have to deal with this.
Is the part time program full at this point, we think? I sent my app in DECEMBER and am still waiting. I haven't been rejected which is nice, but what are the odds at this point in the cycle of even hearing back?
