Switching service right now!

Literally the worst customer service ever! I am going to be that person and say (1) enough of the robotic scripts and (2) if you're an American company, can I please speak to someone in America? I needed real assistance after this off and more off service which (1) I can never pay because the system is mad janky, (2) forget getting a call in a rural area which due to my business, I can often be in and (3) no hotspot use like its 2005. I called customer service, waited on hold, the call was picked up by (?) and when I explained the issue and let them know I was not pleased and would be switching my service, he hung up. Left a survey of zeroes but I realize that is of no purpose. I will instead check out Verizon or Xfinity mobile. Sprint selling out to TMobile (known for its hood ways) was one of the worst business moves of the 21st century. Signed, Negative Nancy.

Forget AI. Get your system to work as it should.

I said it in the Subject. Seriously stop with the AI when your system needs operational intervention. We’ve had multiple outdoor cameras and indoor cameras for years. I’d give ya a 3.5/5 given how often we’ve had to replace a camera, how ridiculous the subscription issue can be and how difficult it is to reach a working customer service representative. Instead of getting AI to describe what’s happening because who the f knows, work on the above.

Sidebar: to the folks complaining about having to get the subscription: STOP, you’re being ridiculously cheap and whiny. Cheers.

Common sense is rare

Hey, people who deliver things, a piece of advice:

Don‘t place packages directly in front of a door. If there’s a table on the porch, it’s probably for your use. Placing a cardboard box on the ground rather than the obvious choice seems like uncommon sense. Pass it on.

Where is customer service?!!

We have been reaching out for weeks about the damage caused to our property and have yet to receive a response! It’s such a litigious world these days. Please continue to ignore your responsibilities and we can find someone the courts will take seriously. Thank you for your attention!!

Destroyed my yard after 4 hours of burying cable

So 2 members of the Xfinity “construction team” arrive at my house at 1:05 without announcing themselves. Have y’all forgotten doorbells?!! I see them in the camera so head outside. Forward to me checking on them some 3 hours later because a storm is brewing and so is my last nerve. why is it taking so long? Keeping in mind AT&T came just last week to bury cable with very little effort and no trace. Oh no, thought not Xfinity. Don’t announce yourself then leave my yard in a shambles, broke a tree then shoved the broken branches back into it as if we wouldn’t notice. The thing is uprooted and torn to bits. On them heavily to fix the issue now. Worst. What are we going to Xfimitt?!!
