Walmart denied charge existed

I had a issue with Walmart I forgot to cancel my subscription didn't have any money on my card the day I did they charged me after many failed attempts then I canceled and they revoked the subscription but now all of a sudden the charge never existed and then they will tell me oh I see the charge then gaslit me and say wait I did and now 20 calls later it's not worth it then push me to my bank that denied it and I told them they denied and say contact bank

Is anyone else having this issue and one thing I told them how does it not exist if I canceled after I was charged

Another rant this manga service won't last

Another month of zero updates crappy catalog I kinda hate the false promises on there end every month it's praying we get something decent and the small chance they throw us a bone with updates but they have zero transparency with there business practices it's kinda jaw dropping but at this moment it's gonna fail for the second time
