Will the princess app work while onboard without buying a wifi package?

I have two travel bugs that I purchased maybe 10 or more years ago whenever they first came out. One I have listed as registered, but it doesn’t show up and the other I haven’t registered, but I’ve got no information about how to register it. Whenever I go into the app to look at trackable’s, it asks me to purchase trackable, but there’s no place for me to enter my own trackable. Can anyone help clarify this for me? I’d like to send these two around the world.

Does anyone else still break into wild, crazy air guitar solos in the kitchen listening to music while you’re cooking? And then bearing the gaze of your adult children as they look at you as though you’re completely insane?
