I updated my stock firmware through the system menu but the custom firmware was still older version. When it restarted switch is not turning on

I can see purple light and then orange light in the back but not the green light. What to do

So I updated the hatspack and firmware to the latest and again tried to restart the switch but nothing is happening

Can someone please tell me why its happening
