Is my battery normal?
Battery health at 98%,228 count already. less than 10 hours for a 100% usage average on the battery app. I am a heavy user but on lower brightness, usually on social media apps.

Can’t really make the back part look normal, i have thin, long hair and have always struggled doing a middle part. Worried if it’s normal for my hair or balding

Telephone line added without notice
Recently went to a Xfinity location to ask for internet, did my best to deny other services and was promised to this one plan with internet only. However after walking out with little information of what was created I go home, and notice I get a notification for a home telephone being shipped, and my bill having a telephone line included, with zero notice of this service being included, and what i feel was added without my consent or approval. I can't remove it from the app since it's "part of a bundle", and I would like to remove it. If anyone has any suggestion as to what to do or what number to call that would be appreciated.
