Could I apostille my documents (degree, transcript) a year or two before applying for a job?

I‘ve considered TEFL but don’t have my heart set on a country, perhaps first traveling for a year to see where and what I like. I’ve been to some of these countries but not all, and within some I know only certain regions.

Would it be viable to get my docs sorted (American, 4yr degree, no formal teaching experience but have tutored creatively writing and English) and just have them with me while I’m traveling?

I realize transitioning to a work visa often or usually requires leaving the country first but what I want to avoid is the American paperwork abroad. Quick visa runs, no problem.

Vietnam Taiwan Thailand maybe Korea Japan.

Vegetarian, which is why I’m lukewarm on Korea Japan.

Open to other suggestions. I really just want a visa to live abroad. I don’t necessarily wanna work too much but I’m open to it, and don’t care about saving a bunch of money. Living paycheck to paycheck would be fine. I’m a bit older so I have a healthy career behind me.

Will M6 diffuse England/Mexico now that the kickoff is changed to 20h?

Weather caused the game to be moved from 2h to 20h, six hours earlier.

Will M6 adjust its programming to show the match? A bit of an unusual situation.

2027 World Cup jerseys (USWNT)?

Do we think they'll be the same as the men’s version this year w the red stripes, like historically do they keep them the same back to back WC years or it’ll be a fresh design?

I wanna get the stripes but if the women will have the same design I’d probably wait so I can rep the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cheers, thanks 🍻

What's your Le Mans report card on Cadillac?

And/or where did it go wrong for Cadillac? Casual fan. Did they punch above their weight class? Could they have done anything differently? What happened to the car that retired?

Is an article 78 court order necessary for Lost Canadians (New York)?

We have a genealogical copy issued by the birth county in New York, not from ancestry site, but they’re by definition uncertified because certified copies, without a court order, are available only to people listed on the document (and they’re all deceased).

I know we have to exhaust every avenue to provide copies of certified when possible but suing the state of New York is complicated and expensive.

Is there any clarity on this or it comes down to the overall strength of your file and the case officer?

We have a baptismal record from Canada, but we’re stuck on Gen 1’s New York certified birth certificate.

Does Cadillac have a real shot?

Sorta disappointed no Porsche and don’t wanna pull for Ferrari or Toyota. I know they’re new and I’ve heard strategically maybe not the best but they’ve got some speed on the straights, is that right? Would them winning LeMans be a total shocker? Is their only legit chance just Ferrari and Toyota running into trouble with their cars?

Goose in Paris (AMA if you have questions about Paris or France)

Goose fan living in Paris. I don’t have a ticket but I’ll probably try to go to the show. I don’t know the band super well TBH but I know Paris quite well.

LMK if you have questions about the city or anywhere else in France.

Best combo of 'points value' and 'great free breakfasts' for platinum Bonvoy members?

Absolutely love the breakfast buffet at the Shanghai W, maybe the best I've ever seen, but I don't really want to go back to Shanghai.

  • Phenomenal breakfast spread (must have decent selection for vegetarians)
  • Overall good value for points
  • Five-night stay to get the free night

Sorta open to anywhere in the world.

Le surnom Hamon, le H est muet ou aspiré ? Ou ça depend ?

de Hamon… d’Hamon ?

Par exemple, s’il y aurait une différence entre André Hamon et André Amont (si Amont était un vrai surnom) ?

Merci d’avance !

C’est vrai ?

André Amont: Sounds like an-dré-a-mont. The vowels glide together.

André Hamon: You are phonetically required to separate the é and the a. If you glide them, you are accidentally treating it as a mute H.

MY BAD, I MEANT NOM DE FAMILLE NOT SURNOM 🤦🏼‍♂️

Merci encore.
