help please

so i'm starting with streaming and i need some help from people who know better than me. i stream with my ps5 i have a macbook pro13 and a capture card. The problem is that when i start the stream with the ps5 everything is smooth. BUT when i put my capture card on my ps5 so i can stream with OBS and add overlay and alert everything bug. What i mean is that the live is really laggy.

and the info i see on obs : 4689 kbps CPU : 39,5% 12.19/30 fps

can someone tell me if i can fix anything or if the macbook isn't powerful enough to run the stream. thank you all

ipad not connecting

Hi guys, i’m streaming on my mac and i wanted to also connect my ipad to obs so i can use it on live, but even if my ipad and my macbook are connected with an usb c cable, obs do not detect my ipad, there is only “my name desktop view” but when i put this in the scene its a black screen not my ipad screen

minecraft on mac

guys i play minecraft on my mac and i use obs to stream also on the mac. the problem is that the live is really laggy, do you guys have some advice to make my live better ??
