No, Lukaku was not the 5th fastest player at the world cup.

Saw a lot of people misread a recent post, it was not a top 5. You absolutely arent making it anywhere there with 31kmph.

To put how much 5kmph is into perspective, starting from the halfway line, Joules Kounde could give Lukaku 6 meters head start and still catch him before the goal line.

It's all rigged, confirmed by the flags

FIFA wanted some pairs of specific styles of flags in the semifinals. Two with the crosses. Two with 3 vertical stripes. Two red ones with a symbol on the middle. And two with horizontal stripes with a symbol in the middle strip. That's why Egypt was nearly permitted to continue.
