Look who's back!!
Someone literally commented that Deepika finally realised that she has an instagram account. π€£π

I'm quite hooked to lockupp season 2 and today's episode was genuinely so wholesome and fun. The crazy fight between Shreya (absolutely hate her) Pam and Sufi was worth watching but I couldn't stop laughing at Sufi's yet another failure at the task. And gurl... he started crying again... ππ 0/10 for the efforts
Back when her own co actors of Stree 2 took digs at her for being called the sole reason for Stree 2 becoming a massive blockbuster, I hope this film shuts their mouth.
Her reactions to Samay's dig at her recent appearances (Cannes, Screen awards, Jigra's failure) were okay but throughout the episode she looked so disinterested or rather cautious of not getting into another controversy or mockery due to which she was hardly reacting and responding to anything ( except a few moments).
On the contrary, Sharvari was so much fun and was talking all those jokes on her with such spirit..
Did anyone also feel the same?
Watched Maa Behen a few days ago and even though I found it boring and not that convincing , I still can't get over Triptii's brilliant performance. The accent she's picked, the unintentionally funny comic timing and the very famous confrontation scene which is giving her so much praise from all corners. And I have to say this, she literally overshadowed Madhuri Dixit whose performance was rather unconvincing.
While watching clips of this scene, I literally got reminded of the scenes from other films where she's excelled the confrontations well. The scene in laila majnu (which was her DEBUT) where she confronts her husband, the other one in Dhadak 2 where she delivered that powerful monologue about why the restrictions are only limited to her and that scream at the climax.
Triptii genuinely deserves such films and even stronger characters. Girl can act and mould herself beautifully in all these characters unlike the talentless actors we have at present.
Fucking fuming right now. College just got over and I returned home a few days ago, so didn't get a lot of time to unpack everything and set it properly in my wardrobe.
Finally made my mind to do the same today. I can clearly recall that during the last few days at the hostel, I had ordered a pack of these animated undies with pikachu, shinchan on them . I had not even used them once there, all of them were still packed in the parcel . But today when I checked, there is only one out of three left...
Hadd hai bhai, who the fuck steals underwears... ππ
Katrina in Tiger was one of the finest actresses I've seen excelling in action genre. Her acting can be argued but her screen presence and those action sequences (especially in part 2) werre a treat to watch.
Deepika in Pathaan played the role of a femme fatale pretty well. She didn't really get any iconic action sequences but she still managed to grab eyeballs with her stature and magnetic screen presence.
And then there's Alia, with her Gangubai accent and poor action sequences and terrible expressions which dont even do justice.
Massive blockbuster loading !!ππ€‘
About to leave hometown for my very first job and the time between graduation and joining feels such a bliss π€
What did you guys have this morning? π
Watched the trailer a while ago and it just didn't feel good. The locations look fresh and the casting is top notch (Shahid a little debatable but never mind).
But the story? I mean the most I could make out from the trailer is that its another love triangle or a throuple kinda situation which is again so messy and was literally what happened in Cocktail 1...
Even Kriti's outfits look so OTT. Sorry for the comparison, but Deepika's outfits in the first part didn't feel forced at all.. They somehow reflected the character and how carefree Veronica was. But with Kriti's Ally, it feels like the makers are trying hard to make Ally, the quintessential Veronica...
And to ride on the craze of the part 1's album, they used Tum Hi Bandhu (exactly when I found the trailer a little engaging)..
What are your thoughts ?
Been a few days since my college got over and have a few months before I leave Dehradun.. Currently rotting at home doing absolutely nothing..
Anyone living near IT Park / Sahastradhara road, interested in walking either in morning or evening?
So, I got selected for TCS Prime (9.09LPA) through the off campus NQT but I also hold an on campus offer of Infosys SP L1 (10LPA +1L joining bonus).
Infy's offer letter and joining will happen anytime between July- September.. But my major concern is the fact that they have hired way too many people for this role from our batch. I wasn't even a part of the Power Internship so getting onboarded to project directly is also not the case. Plus I've asked a few seniors and almost everyone told me that many SPs are on bench after their training.
On the other hand, I have already got the offer letter for TCS Prime, signed it and with the pace this year, I'm assuming the joining will be somewhere around the same time as Infy. Also, TCS is offering me a higher monthly salary (PF deduction is lesser than Infy) and the location preference here is much better.
Anyone who's been a part of the same role at TCS /Infy who can guide about what to choose ?
Subjective opinions always exist. Alia looked amazing at Cannes (despite all the trolling she faced), and Aishwarya wasn't disappointing either. Some are super quick to judge how she's ruined her face or the weight gain or what not.
But does it take away the fact that she's been ruling the industry and still so relevant even after so many decades?
And what's up with this comparison between the two?
And if PR teams have to work overtime with this nonsensical comparison then let's go ahead with another one-> Aish hasn't responded to any of the mockery and criticism she's faced in the past few years for her appearances on these global platforms, whereas Alia... the less said the better !
So, the trailer of Maa Behen (releasing on netflix 4th June) released a few hours ago and oh my god!! Seems fun and light hearted.
Even though it has Madhuri Dixit, I found Tripti and Dharna(who excels in the field of comedy) more convincing where they held their own so well, to an extent that I even felt that Madhuri over acted a bit too much at points.
Looking forward to this !!
Is it just me who feels that she looks so similar to any of her other characters she's played till date?
I mean Deepika as Veronica looked completely different from the way she had been presented in her past films, but here Kriti looks no different to any of her past characters..
Surprises me how he has the audacity to belittle everyone and anyone, call them out for their looks when he himself has the most disastrous dress sense I've seen in a while..
Alia made her appearance recently at Cannes 2026 and despite looking breath taking and serving some of her finest looks, she became a subject of meme fest , yet again, primarily for how she was ignored by paps and lacked the stature someone needs while carrying themselves there.
The opinions can definitely vary and remain highly subjective. Yet, Alia was quick to respond to a hate comment (turns out that account was very recently created, with 0 followers, and you can connect the dots now), and literally bagged support from "bigg boss" contestants.
This is exactly where she fails as a public figure. When you're putting yourself out there, negative opinions would definitely exist, but not everything needs to be justified from your end.
Deepika has attended Cannes quite a few times, but remember the time when she was a part of the jury, and the horrible answer she gave during the interview? Or the orange gown which she was constantly adjusting while posing for the cameras? Despite the heavy trolling, she remained silent. And she literally has always been silent, even when people were slut shaming her for putting her honest self on KWK, or during Gehraiyaan promotions when Kangana took a jibe at her yet again. Despite everything, she didn't react or seek help from anyone.
Exactly what Alia needs to learn.
Anyone who received the same location for the power connect? Lets connect
I didn't really feel this would happen considering my interview lasted for hardly 25 minutes.
Timeline..
Chosen Track-> AI/ML
NQT exam-> 20th March
Interview scheduled -> 15th April (TCS YAMUNA OFFICE SECTOR 135)
Doc verification mail -> 5th May
Offer Letter-> Just a while ago
For the ones still waiting (I've seen people discuss about the same venue and the silence from their end), I really feel you should keep waiting for a little more. I had lost all hopes since most of my friends who interviewed on the same day had already received their OLs for Digital or Ninja weeks ago.
Not another tragic ending to her character please!! π€§
