We are visiting Ashland for the first time this weekend with our son who is 2. Where would y’all recommend watching a World Cup game on Sunday that is family friendly?

My son will be just shy of his 3rd birthday when my second baby is born in October. STMs who had a similar age gap- did you get a double stroller? Did you use it? Seems like jury’s out on this one! We might get a used Bob for the neighborhood that just lives on our porch but as far as a stroller for being out in the world- grocery stores, doctor’s apts etc - if you got one did you use it or ultimately not really because it was too bulky and a 3 year old always wants to walk? Appreciate all insights! My husband works long hospital shifts and once our leave is over I will solo parent for a little less than half the month from 5a - 7p. Thank you!!

Hello! Seeking Portland couple’s therapist recommendations! We are a cis-het married couple with a toddler expecting a baby in the fall who want to work on communication surrounding domestic work, child care and hobby time equity in our relationship. We received one rec from a friend that sounds great but charges $275/hour and are hoping to find something closer to $200/hour. If they accept Pacific Source insurance that’s a bonus! Hello! Wondering if anyone knows if there are any studies evaluating the impact of delivery on pelvic floor dysfunction? If any literature gets really specific I am most curious about having an elective c section for a second baby after having had a spontaneous vaginal birth with the first. My main inquiry is if there is data to support the idea that a. elective c-section is less traumatic for the pelvic floor and results in less long term dysfunction than a spontaneous or induced vaginal birth? People have strong opinions about this but I am curious to know what the literature says. Thank you!
