I still dont know what causes it, my likely guess is it was over watered. But now how can I save what remains.

Has anyone else noticed the amount of smoke coming from The Coconut Club on Manipal County Road, Singasandra?
The restaurant appears to be using firewood for cooking, and at times the smoke is so heavy that it spreads into the surrounding area. While I understand that many restaurants use traditional cooking methods, the volume of smoke seems excessive and is affecting nearby residents, pedestrians, and overall air quality.
I'm curious:
- Are there any regulations in Bengaluru regarding smoke emissions from commercial kitchens?
- Does BBMP or KSPCB take action on such complaints?
- Has anyone successfully reported a similar issue before?
I have photos/videos of the smoke and am considering filing a formal complaint if this continues.
Would appreciate hearing from others in the area or anyone familiar with the process.

It's Day 3 of getting my betta from the pet shot where he was kept in a 200ml cup, now he has a 5.5 Gal and has been roaming around and exploring the tank well.
The issue is that he just will not eat, almost anything that I have to offer till now. I tried first with love daphnia, then freeze dried tubeflix worms, and then the usual betta pellets (I am not a fan of pellets).
He will eat but then spit it out and will not eat again. Is it a waiting game or should I do something different.
