Overnight, I got deranked from #2 in many regions, but I'm still ranking #2 in the US and other regions.

What could be causing this? Could Google's servers have desynced or something? Can I expect my rankings to fully drop off in a couple of days?

I used to rank #2 worldwide, but now I've been completely deranked. I don't even show up in the top 20 pages in most regions, except for the US and a few others, where I still rank the same as before.

Is Google experiencing a rollback where we’re seeing rankings from a week ago?

My site suddenly got deranked. It was ranking #2 after being created just 5 days ago, and now it doesn’t even show up at all. What could explain this?

It was an alternative site. (Think "Wordle alternative" etc.)

Thank you so much

I'm 14 and I just made my first game with AI

Hi, I've been scrolling through this subreddit for a while because I've always wanted to be a game developer, but I never really knew how to make games. That was until a couple months ago.

I've been learning Python for the past 3 years, but I mostly just made simple little tools. I never really knew how to make web apps or games.

Then I found vibecoding and it honestly changed everything. Now I feel like I can build pretty much whatever I want. It does take a lot of time though.

I know AI gets a bad rep, but I think it’s really cool how it can enable random people like me to build their dreams.

I've always wanted to be a game developer, so this is really cool to me. I made this stupid little Flappy Bird game recently if anyone wants to try it lol. It's not an ad, and it's not monetized or anything. I just wanted to share it as proof.

What do u guys think about AI & Vibecoding?

BREAKING: Anthropic to include invisible watermarks in Claude AI text. Will other Google Gemini and other AI companies like follow suit?

I’m really curious how this plays out. I wouldn’t be surprised if students begin shifting towards Chinese models in the coming months.

I'm skeptical of AI... how would you guys react?

I'm a dad and work in software development, so I probably see more AI than most people. To be honest, I've been pretty skeptical about kids using it.

Today my son came up to me and showed me a little Flappy Bird game he made using an AI app builder:

https://gentle-tower-m9w88vse.codedreams.org/ (if you wanna play it lol)

I know he didn't code the whole thing from scratch given it’s a platform that lets you build apps with AI…

I'm kind of torn. Part of me thinks it's an awesome creative tool, and part of me worries kids might skip learning the basics if they lean on AI too much.

How would you guys react if your son or daughter started getting into this?

My son made an app today with AI.

I'm a dad and work in software development.

My son came up to me today and said, "Dad, I made something for you."

I honesty thought he meant a drawing or something from school. Instead, he pulled out his Chromebook and showed me this little web app he'd built with AI:

https://gentle-tower-m9w88vse.codedreams.org/ (It's flappy bird)

When I was his age, I was struggling to print "Hello, World." Now they're building little apps before they've even kissed a girl.

Made me smile. Curious if anyone else's kids have started getting into AI lately. Granted, he used a third-party platform to build it, but I still think it's impressive.

What are the best alternatives to Scratch? I kind of want to do more than just block coding.

Title! Thank you so much.

I vibecoded a platform that teaches kids to vibecode so they can grow up and vibecode platforms that teach kids to vibecode like me!

Two prompts. "Make flappy bird!" and then "can you make it more traditional?"

That's the whole story. Ten minutes later there's a real game at a real link that a kid can send to their friends: https://flappybird.codedreams.org/

With the goal of getting kids into coding with AI early, I've built in features to make sure they actually learn along the way. I wish I'd grown up with an app like this. Maybe then I'd have turned out a more cracked programmer.

It's free to start if you want to inspire your kids: https://codedreams.org

If you know a kid, let them loose on it. Somewhere a 9-year-old is about to out-ship all of us and I think that's beautiful.

Rejected by AdSense 8 Times. Accepted by Mediavine and Monumetric. You Can Do It!

It was so frustrating, but on the same day I got accepted by both Mediavine and Monumetric. Don't lose hope!

I hate how rigged the album is.

Scopely just seems to love doing this. I've always felt like their games are rigged. Yahtzee, Monopoly GO... it's ridiculous!
