I wanted to add extra plated armor without compromising articulation. I used some helmet and armor pieces. Since the lower ab section was so thin, I used 2mm magnets. I might change all the pegs and holes to magnets now. It snaps on in a satisfying way. Im not worried about the wrong color for the upper ab armor since I'm planning on paint it.
Current wip, this is the base before I start adding any modifications. Slight changes may happen before a final build and priming. Just did a minor mod to the weapon and head crest so far.
Weekend build with a simple color scheme
Stayed up late to finish this last night. Need to still finish the sword though. Will probably add copper to the trim of the armor pieces as well.

Love the 30 minute fantasy line. This was a fun project for a couple of days.
Planning on finishing the armor on Sunday. Haven't settled on a color scheme yet for it.
Was struggling to make these lines pop on such a dark base. I think the gold compliments the black so well, kind of like that style of pottery that's fixed with gold.
