Does anyone else feel lonely sometimes but still not want to socialize? How do you explain that feeling?

Lately, I've been feeling lonely more often, but at the same time, I don't actually want to hang out with anyone. Friends invite me out, and I usually turn them down—not because I dislike them, but because the thought of socializing feels exhausting. Then when I'm alone, I end up feeling isolated and wishing I had someone to talk to. It's like I crave connection but don't have the energy for it. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you make sense of it?

How do you stop constantly waiting until you "feel ready" to start?

Lately I've noticed I spend a lot of time waiting until I feel "ready" to start working on something. I tell myself I'll begin once I'm in the right mindset, but instead I just procrastinate and fall behind. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this and how you learned to take action even when you didn't feel ready?
