I recently went to the urologist got tested and NOTHING no infection!! I been dealing with this for years now after I got surgery for kidney stones 2 years ago and I got stents in both side of urinary tract for a month also my doctor thinks I have endometriosis so idk if it’s that coming from that but anyways I have symptoms again when I just saw the urologist 2 weeks ago it went away after the round of antibiotics and now it’s back literally idk what to do anymore I have tried everything at my end and nothing helps. If you have experience this what did you do to make it better?? What supplements can I take ? I’m thinking of taking d mannose with cranberry but idk what to do

Every 2-3 months I have to run to the urologist for testing because I have symptoms of a uti or kidney stones 2 years I did get kidney stones removal surgery with stent on both sides and after that it’s been constant uti symptoms without an infection i recently went to the urologist and I had NOTHING!!! also I have constant Yeast infection I’m not even sexually active right now and I have tried everything changing detergent, underwears, etc nothing works. This is mentally so drained idk what to do I have my laparoscopy surgery soon hopefully I have answer to everything. But have anyone experience this ? What did you do to make it better?? Any advice please I am desperate? This is so draining

Hi, I have my first Pilate class tomorrow but I’m a bit scared to start because I had a flare up since Sunday I’m in pain my back, uterus and joint pain specially my legs always feeling like I walked to Japan lol anyways I’m excited and want to try new thing because I’m currently home not working and I get bored and I my laparoscopy surgery soon and I want to do the most physically before I have to spend a couple weeks in bed any advice or tell me how did it go for you??? Did you have any worsening of pain during Pilates ?
