I have been stuck in life where I am not moving forward, going through a lot of uncomfortable push from people around me but I am not able to be determined and achieve my goals. How to overcome self limiting beliefs like it’s not possible for me, it’s very hard, I can’t do it, I am not smart enough etc.

My(28F) husband is not satisfied with life (with me), he wants to leave and go back to his hometown. He has been pressurising me to move up the career ladder, earn enough so that we both can support our life and future. He is not attracted to me because I have gained 6 KGs. With constant comparison of what other real life women do, what women on instagram do, the constant quarrels, arguments, I have lost myself and started neglecting self love…..Now my husband isn’t seeing the improvements in me as per his wish, he wants to leave home (he is unhappy).

For context : I do admit I am not quite earning as much as I need to earn for my current experience. I did a switch 1.6 years ago and trying/planning for one this year. He earns 3x more than me and we have committed to a home loan of huge amount. He wants me to work on my body, fitness, career, beauty. I am unable to do it. I am emotionally becoming numb over constant quarrels, I feel my husband should stop pushing me every day over these reasons. I do want all of those I am not able to!! How to even explain to people??? It’s not easy sometimes, get up run get fit, study and switch. Sometimes these things are struggle! We can’t bring ourselves to do it. I am going through alot emotionally, he is not ready to understand and thinks I don’t respect him or value his words. Nobody wants to be a loser, we are all battling with our own inner demons. We need some understanding from partners. In his eyes I am a lazy person and a loser who doesn’t love him enough to fix myself. In my eyes he doesn’t understand my emotions and show empathy for my struggles.

Note : We dated for 2 years, been married for 1.6 years.

Need advice how to deal with this situation. I am tired and numb…

Hi, I am getting released from project by end of this month, I have worked in this project for 1.6 years.

I am planning to switch companies instead of projects.

Can you suggest what all details I need to collect from this project before moving out? Something that would be helpful for 6 YOE AWS data engineer interviews.

Hi, I am preparing before switching company, for 6 YOE in DE.

Currently I am revising and practicing Python, have plans to practice Pyspark, SQL, AWS, project information.

I am noticing that I am going very slow with Python, I am able to spend 1-2 hours on Python (learning theory + practice coding)

how to fasten the preparation and what is effective approach to prepare for interviews?

As of now I am not confident in my skills, how do others just go for interviews? Are you confident you will be able to solve coding challenges and scenario based questions?

I would love to know your experiences.

Hey, I am panicking seeing the amount of hair fall I have had recently. I started living in Bangalore from 1.5 years and my hair fall, skin issues gotten worse over time. My skin issues reduced eventually (seems like hormonal change post marriage).

Now I am seeing my hair fall is so bad. I lost nearly 200 hair in shower and another 50 in damp hair combing. I am so scared at this point. Any suggestions please!!

My husband took loan in his name as they didn’t want me to lose eligibility for another loan in future. Now I am slowly understanding how ownership works…I asked my husband to make me co-owner, got to know I need to be co-borrower also be co-owner in agreement for me to have any ownership. My husband denied my request to be co-owner…not sure what to think!

Hey there, I have close to 6 YOE, I stayed in a service based company for 4.2 years and switched one of the big 4 with minimal hike (HR fooled me to accept low ball) I have been working here for 1.5 years, it’s a prod support + little bit of dev work. I want to grow in my career. I earn lesser than my juniors in the field as well as some in my own project. I asked for promotion to senior role but met with responses like need to improve need to observe for over a year. I am frustrated and want to climb the career ladder. I am earning only 8.5 lpa, how do I grow and earn 20+ like others in this field for this experience. I accept there are skill issues but also I am significantly paid less. Please suggest.
