Hi! Just wanted to pop in and say I feel great at nearly four months post op. Recovery was ROUGH (I detailed it in previous comments and posts on my profile - very glad I took a whole week off to recover). But I am incredibly glad I got my deviated septum fixed + a turbinate reduction.

I no longer snore, my (very minor) sleep apnea has gone away to the point I don't need to wear an oral appliance, I sleep 7-8 hours uninterrupted and I'm well-rested after sleeping. I can actually breathe through my nose with my mouth closed without feeling like I'm suffocating. It has made exercising way easier and I've slowly been losing weight. I'm 100% happy that I had my septoplasty & turbinate reduction done.
