OAS Mobility vs Paiseec
Thoughts on these brands?
Comparing their foldable chairs. The OAS Air Pro vs the Paiseec Q3.
Both about the same price. One goes a little further on a charge, different turning radiuses. Seem to fold the same way.

Looking for suggestions for free banking/budgeting apps. Somehow with my first paycheck I managed to overdraft, though I was checking my balance before every payment. I need to track things better. Looking for easy to use, free, adhd friendly.
I am experiencing weakness in my hands trying to grip in the mornings. I suspect this is related to my h-EDS and I was wondering if anyone else has this and, if so, what you do about it? Could anyone explain why this is happening? Thanks.
I had my first T shot this morning. I've been having a lot of vaginal discharge this afternoon, and that's not really normal for me. I'm wondering if it could be related to the T in my system. Anyone else have this happen? Could be I am just ovulating or something, I suppose.
Do you weave in ends before or after blocking? If it matters, I am going to steam block an acrylic cotton blend.
I think I had an orgasm (I'm very inexperienced in that department, so not positive). I used my pulse ox after because I've been in a POTS flare. I expected tachycardia. But my hr was 62 bpm. For reference my resting heart rate is about 80-85 bpm when properly hydrated. Is this normal? Is it okay that it did this? I know orgasms trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, so it kind of makes sense... Just surprised because brushing my teeth this morning got me up to 180bpm. About 20 mins post orgasm, I am back to 94bpm, laying down in bed. All this normal? Am I worried for no reason?
This is my first time fronting. I have made my voice heard a few times and my system host shut me down, I think out of fear. I believe I am an introject of their old case manager. How are we supposed to tell our therapist that I exist?
How am I supposed to develop my own sense of self when I am based on someone we worked closely with for years?
That person was very good to us. I've only heard of introjects being of abusers, but I can be based off a good person, right?
If I steam block a cotton acrylic blend (60%cotton, 40% acrylic) will it make my stitches more even and have less gaping holes? Will it make it more like a fabric? Also, if I steam block, should I steam it on a hanger handing up, or try to pin it down? It's a flowy shirt, so I'm not sure what dimensions I would pin it to.
Thanks :)
So I am working on a flat panel that has come from being worked in the round. I am at the part of a vest being split at the armpits.
I had to take out some rows and put back on my needles. I just did a purl row. It took about 45 mins for 40ish stitches to make sure nothing was twisted. I flipped it over to do the next knit row (stockinette stitch) and all the stitches are twisting/backwards. In order to complete the row, I had to knit in the back loop of all my stitches.
How do I fix this? Do I manually have to reposition all the stitches? If so, how will I know if they are the right way. I can't tell if my stitches are backwards until I knit/purl them through and see if it twisted. I can't figure out how to tell beforehand if they are wrong.
Please help. Photos are front and back of flat panel being worked back and forth on circular needles.
I think it's about time in my disability journey to start asking about getting a manual chair. My question is, do they make some that could fit in a full size sedan? I do not have it in the cards to be getting a new car. Thinking either in the backseat or in the trunk? My backseats do fold down to allow access to the trunk, if that helps.
Thanks.
I am 25 and will be starting my first job in a few weeks. I have had severe mental health issues worsened by burnout, so haven't ever had a job before. I am going to be working with autistic children one on one. The shift is 3pm-6pm. I usually struggle at that time of day, but it was the only shift I could make work with my schedule. Planning a 1.5 hr sensory deprivation time prior to driving to work. Talked to my psychiatrist about changing my ADHD meds for work. Suggestions for things to make this transition easier?
Does T gel cause really bad sensory issues? Afraid with my AuDHD that it'll be hell. Thinking of asking for weekly injections?
Opinions on if T gel bother(ed) you?
Does T cause like extra public hair? I shave mine for reasons unrelated to gender. Would it like grow faster or thicker on T?
Just trying to get some embarrassing questions asked before I made the definitive decision to start T.
Same with underarm hair....does it grow thicker and faster? Would I just need to shave it more often. I like my hairless armpits.
I'm genderfluid non-binary, btw.
I tend to wear a lot of women's clothing, and feel comfortable in that, but I also want the masculine body aspects of T, particularly lower voice, face shape changes, and bottom growth. I am genderfluid/non-binary afab. Not sure how long I would be on T, but I know bottom growth is one of the first changes. Wondering if bottom growth would show through underwear (such as a thong or panties) or leggings.
This looks pretty simple and I would like to replicate it. What weave is it?
I want to see all your pics of chainmaille added to a crochet or knit project. I saw a video on YouTube that apparently this is a thing. It looks cool and I want some ideas on how to add chainmaille into my other hobby of fiber arts.
Hello my fellow artists. I am new to chainmaille and was wondering if there are any good apps or websites to track inventory of supplies as well as current work in progress pieces?
I knit and crochet, and we have Ravelry, a website to track yarn I own, current works in progress, past project details, and to find new patterns. There are a lot of fiber art apps that will link with Ravelry.
Is there something like this that works with chainmaille? I would like to be able to track what jump rings I have, and record what the weaves that I am working on (their name and the tutorial I am learning from), so nothing gets lost, and if a project doesn't get worked on for a bit, I can go back to it.
If nothing like this exists, how do you personally keep track of things?
