What do u guys think about the recent trend of directors/music directors turning to actors?

I feel like Tamil directors and music directors turning into actors is a bad trend. Like Aadhi, for example—if he had focused more on music instead of directing or acting, he might have achieved much more. Many upcoming directors/directors like PR, abishan, loki,and Ken Karunas are doing the same: they make a movie, get their faces recognized, and then use that to become heroes. I think this is harmful because it reduces opportunities for talented actors and affects cinema as an art form. If one person does everything in a movie, what’s the point?

On the other hand, if someone genuinely has talent in multiple fields and the role is right for them, I don't think they should be stopped either. What do u guys think?
