As the title suggests, they are unable to confirm my identity. Last year I got a part time job (first job) and just got the tax rebate letter saying I’m owed just over £100. However because this is my first time doing this I had to just make a One Login. I do the identity check with my provisional driving license as I do not have a proper one and I didn’t have my passport with me at that moment. And then I’m shown this. And unfortunately it’s a Friday evening so I can’t call them up until next week. I don’t have a credit card as I’m only 20, (planning to get one in near future) so I’m wondering if that has something to do with it? As I’m not in many other systems? Sorry if this is a dumb question I’m just not entirely sure what the best next step is.

Okay so like the title suggests, my AXS app is showing that I bought three GA tickets. When I actually bought two GA and then later one gold circle for BST Hyde Park. I’ve never bought tickets for a festival myself, when I previously went to Hyde Park, my friend had bought the tickets. I originally bought GA tickets as when the presale was happening the website was glitching and saying that there was only GA available, however later I checked and there was gold circle still available and because one of my favourite K-pop groups is performing I wanted to have a better experience. But now on the website, the tickets show correctly as two GA tickets and one Gold Circle. But on the app, it shows all three as GA. I’ve seen a previous post on another forum for a different festival where this had happened to someone but they didn’t state whether or not it had been resolved and I was just wondering if anyone with more festival ticketing experience than me could tell me if this has happened to them in the past?

I suspect it’s because of the fact that gold circle because it is still a standing event it says gold circle is actually GA on the ticket but I’m just a little worried because the festival is just over a month away.

My skin has unfortunately been like this for years but I think in the past year because I’ve gotten properly into skincare I’m only now starting to be bugged by it. I’ve noticed on days where it’s not as bad on my cheeks it’ll still be very noticeable near my jaw and in front of my ear.

I currently use Centella and also green tea serum to try and calm it which does help to some extent! I’ve also started adding azelaic acid as I’ve heard many say it helps redness, and it seems to be helping slowly. But on some days it’s just super red and noticeable and I have people comment on it which always makes me feel like shit 💔

I unfortunately haven’t been able to go to a dermatologist yet but I’ve had many people say they think I have rosacea but I didn’t know for sure. I’ve looked into products that can cause rosacea flare ups and so avoid any ingredients that I’ve noticed a lot of people with rosacea say to avoid (like niacinamide for example)

My current routine consists of:

AM:

Round lab birch juice cleanser

Purito oat toner

Mixsoon Centella essence

Torriden dive in serum

Iunik Centella gel cream

Skin1004 SPF

PM:

The main differences just being instead of Torriden I use One Things Green Tea serum and then Mixsoon’s bean cream as a moisturiser

And I was just wondering if anyone with more experience dealing with redness is able to let me know any products that are able to help calm inflammation and/or hide redness?
