Can't tell if my older coworker is flirting with me

im 24 and I have this coworker who I spend a lot of time goofing off with. she's 40 but she acts just like me so naturally she became my closest friend at work. sometimes she'll tease me about when im going to find a girl, she comments on what i wear if i show up in something new. she'll grab my hair and pull it and then one time she bit my shoulder but idk if thats flirting or her just being odd. i have a hugeeeee thing for older women but i dont wanna like make a move and make things awkward if she's just being friendly. also im sure older women would rather make the move on a younger man right ?

Looking for artist to help publish a story, artist can keep 80% of the profit

I have a story that I really think is worthy of being an amazing comic/manga/animation. and I want to collaborate to have it published. And I don't mind the artist keeping most of the profit if it becomes successful so if you're willing to invest time, I promise it will be worth it.

The general idea of the world and story is: vengeful primordial beasts who wield the devestating powers of nature have roamed the land since as long as mankind can remember, dividing humanity to the brink of extinction. If a warrior is able to defeat one of these beasts, and crush its stone heart, are given its abilities and granted the title of... Conqeuror. The story takes place thousands of years later in a kingdom of gold where a boy from a small village becomes a conqeuror and is now drafted to the kingdom of gold's royal army.

I also made a storyboard for the opening sequence, keep in mind I am NOT an artist so i tried my best with the materials i had.

Crimson desert added soemthing ive wanted Tears of the Kingdom to do for SO LONG

being able to catch fish and put it in ur pond was something i was so mad i couldnt do in zelda and they added it in my new fav game lol sometimes i feel like this game was made specifically for me
