FOR CREATORS

For creators who have built a decent following and regularly get approached by brands:
I’m curious about what the **actual process looks like when a brand wants to work with you**.
When you get a collaboration offer, how do you usually handle it?
Do brands usually reach out through DMs, email, agencies, etc.?
How do you decide whether the brand is worth working with?
How do you figure out what price to quote?
Do you negotiate yourself or have a manager/agency do it?
What part of the process is the most annoying?
Do you keep track of previous brand deals, rates, contacts, etc. somewhere?
Is it difficult to find brands that are actually looking for creators in your niche?
I’m particularly interested in hearing from creators around **50K–100K+ followers**, but would be interested in anyone who has experience with regular brand collaborations.
Just curious about how creators actually deal with this stuff behind the scenes.

Do u guys still talk about your workouts with your gym friends?

For those who have friends who go to different gyms (or even just have different schedules), do you still regularly talk about your workouts, ask each other about new PRs, compare lifts, etc.?
Or does everyone eventually just stop keeping track of what the others are doing?
I’m curious because I feel like comparing progress with friends can be pretty motivating, but once you stop going to the same gym, it’s easy to lose track.
How do you guys currently keep up with each other’s gym progress?

Do u guys still talk about gym with friends u used to go with?

I’ve been thinking about something related to gym consistency and wanted to hear how people actually experience this.
If you and your friends go to different gyms, do you still talk about your workouts / compare progress / motivate each other, or does it mostly stop once you’re not training together?

Real-world parking occupancy detection from CCTV how reliable can it actually be?

I’m researching a parking-occupancy system using existing CCTV cameras.
The basic idea is to use a camera overlooking a parking area, define individual parking spaces, and use computer vision to determine in real time whether each space is occupied or empty.
I’m curious about the practical side rather than just a demo:
How reliable is YOLO/OpenCV for this in real-world conditions?
How much does camera angle affect accuracy?
How many parking spaces can realistically be monitored by one camera?
How do systems handle cars partially blocking another parking space?
How badly do nighttime, rain, shadows, and glare affect detection?
Would you recommend detecting vehicles and checking overlap with predefined parking polygons, or training a dedicated parking-space model?
For a production system, would you process the video on an edge device or send it to a server?
I’m particularly interested in experiences from people who have actually deployed something similar rather than just tutorials.

How do you guys keep up with streamers who stream for 4–8 hours

Do you guys actually watch full streams, or mostly consume the clips?
I’ve noticed I’ll sometimes see a crazy/funny moment from a streamer and then want to see the context, but the original stream/VOD can be several hours long.
Curious what everyone else does when they want to see more of a stream without watching the entire thing.
For streamers who do 3–8 hour streams, what do you normally do with all the content after the stream?
Do you actually go back through the VOD looking for good moments?
I’m curious because it seems like there could be a lot of funny/interesting moments that never get turned into clips simply because nobody has the time to go through the entire stream.
What’s your current workflow?

How do you guys keep up with streamers who stream for 4–8 hours?

I’ve been getting more into watching Twitch lately, and I’ve noticed that some of the streams I want to watch are insanely long.
If a streamer goes live for 5–8 hours, how do you guys actually watch their content?
Do you:
watch the entire stream?
only watch when they’re live?
look for clips/highlights afterwards?
watch edited YouTube videos?
just skip the stream altogether if you missed it?
I’m curious how other people deal with this because sometimes I really want to see what happened during a stream, but I don’t have the time to sit through the whole thing.

Looking for people willing to consign/sell their wedding outfits for a bridal resale startup

Hi everyone,
I’m working on a small startup focused on giving wedding outfits a second life instead of having them sit unused in wardrobes for years.
I’m looking to connect with people who have:
Bridal lehengas
Reception outfits
Designer sarees
Sherwanis
Bridesmaid outfits
Other wedding wear in good condition
The idea is to build a curated wedding resale/thrift platform where these outfits can find new owners at more affordable prices.
At this stage, I’m trying to understand:
Would you be interested in selling or consigning your wedding outfit?
What concerns would you have (pricing, trust, shipping, damage, etc.)?
What would make you comfortable using such a service?
I’m not here to hard-sell anything—I’m genuinely trying to validate whether there’s demand from both sellers and buyers before investing further into the platform.
If you have an outfit you’d consider selling, or if you have thoughts on the idea, I’d love to hear from you in the comments or via DM.
Thanks!

MAN POWER AGENCY SCALING

My father has been in the overseas manpower sourcing business for nearly 20 years, primarily supplying workers from India for projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia through licensed recruitment partners.
We’re now looking to scale the business and I’m trying to understand how others in this space generate consistent leads.
A few questions:
How do manpower agencies find new overseas clients besides cold emails and LinkedIn outreach?
Are there specific platforms, trade shows, directories, or communities where Gulf contractors and manpower buyers actively look for recruitment partners?
For those in overseas recruitment, what has worked best for building a network of sub-agents across different Indian cities?
Any advice on generating a steady pipeline of workers and employer leads?
Our focus is mainly construction, facility management, logistics, warehouse staff, drivers, electricians, welders, and general labour.
Would appreciate insights from anyone involved in recruitment, staffing, HR, manpower supply, or international business development.
Thanks in advance.
