Would appreciate if you'd share your roaches "what I eat in a week" for inspiration.

Also can I feed my roaches everyday or could it harm them ? I keep them as pets.

Hi I'm new to keeping hissing roaches as pets, before I got them I did my research but I'm afraid that I was misinformed about a lot of things either on the internet (every article says something different) or even by the person I bought them from so I would really appreciate some advice.

Is it okay to wash fruits and vegetables with regular tap water ?

What should I use to clean their enclosure and is it okay if I also rinse it with tap water after?

What humidity is ideal ? I read that it's 60-80% (they had like 70-75%) but I'm changing their soil for the first time and I noticed the wood I got them from pet store is mouldy :(
