Everytime nalang na may school violence issue, video games ang sinisisi.. Bakit hindi ang mga parents ang gawing accountable eh sila yung dapat gumagabay sa mga anak nila hindi naman video games.. smh

I have this card and it's already on its second year, they waived the annual fee as I agreed to enroll my pldt bill to autopay. I am planning to cancel this card as I don't get any benefits as the cashback requirements are absurd. Now my question is I still have an outstanding installment with this card until next year. What would be the process if I cancel it?

Customer service hotline takes forever so I thought someone have an idea here.
