so, i’ve been using coke daily for 3 months. like several lines a day. i’m NOT proud of it & NOT looking to be judged or told how bad it is, because i already know, and i haven’t done any for 4 days, & i will not be getting anymore. that aside, i have a urine drug test on june 1st for a new medicine i’m getting on (Spravato) i’m not even sure what the test would be for, but the test would be about 2 weeks from now (IF ANYONE HAS ANY TIPS ON HOW TO DETOX COKE FROM MY SYSTEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLS LMK) anyway, since i haven’t had any for 4 days, it should be just a little over 2 weeks of no use before the test. has anyone had experience in this, have any advice/knowledge on this or know what i should expect? i know that they test for “benzoylecgonine” which stays in the body longer than coke. i know nothing about this stuff so i’d really appreciate if someone could explain it to me lol

please tell me i’m not alone in this….sometimes since it’s so close to my eyes it burns a lil but i don’t even care because it alleviates the pain😭 this is one of my last resorts if the medicine doesnt work.

please help. so i have my first pap tomorrow. i want to cancel so bad. i’m so terrified. when i had my IUD inserted, they said i would feel SLIGHT discomfort, but it was the worst pain i have ever felt, the pain was so bad my vision went out on the table. my mom is going to be coming with me and is holding me accountable. i have a VERY tight vagina and pelvic floor as well as sexual trauma and i feel like it’s going to make it such a horrible experience. but every woman on my mothers side has had cervical cancer, so i guess i should go…..any encouragement, experiences you’ve had, or anything i can do to help will be appreciated. please tell me how your first one went ESPECIALLY if you have the same issues i do. i’ve been crying all day. please help me i need women😭 if nothing is wrong it would feel like such a waste even though i know it’s not. i also have a mole that has been on vulva since i was 17, it’s flat and slightly pigmented that i want her to take a look at too.
