I'm thinking of using a static site generator (11ty or Astro) to rebuild my website, which is best for lightly interactive components?

I have a website right now that's built in Angular. It's largely static, so I figure an SSG is a good thing to finally try out if I wanted to rebuild it, as I enjoy Angular but it's a bit overkill for the site situation I have.

That said, I do have a few spots where I have lightly interactive elements, such as some pages with tables on them that have a text input for search functionality. Type in some text and it filters the table to that text as you type.

I'm trying to decide which SSG to learn, and for a basic site such as this, would you recommend going with 11ty or Astro, and why?

Looking at switching from Google Nest Doorbell - any reason I shouldn't get a G410?

I'm taking a look at Aqara products for the first time, and I've come upon the G410 as a doorbell option. Any reason I shouldn't buy that at this point in time?

Doorbell to Replace Nest

My Nest Doorbell has been sort of a miserable experience for the last while. I dropped my subscription, but I thought I used to be able to see SOME video without the subscription. I might just be remembering wrong, but now I see events and it only shows a photo of the time of the event which often just entirely misses that anyone was even there so the photo is just nothing useful. Load times are also abysmal in the Google Home app so someone is at my door and it takes too long to check who's there.

Anyway, I'm looking to replace it. I'd like something that supports HomeKit/Apple Home, ideally doesn't require a subscription, and is a wired option rather than battery. What are the options like these days?

Couldn't Process My Application Online - Why?

https://preview.redd.it/tuf7h3eeh1mh1.png?width=644&format=png&auto=webp&s=f77edc1ce8e70fda776626567311dd8d86aa6932

I'm trying to apply for a credit card. I am not a current Scotia customer, but I thought I'd give this card a shot. I've spoken to other people who got their card by applying online and also are not existing Scotia customers.

I called to ask why this was failing, and they told me you can't apply for credit cards online if you don't already have a Scotia product because they can't verify you. But I know that's not true because I've spoken to people who just recently did that very thing. So what's the deal? It's a waste of time to go to a branch when you can just apply online.

Simple Question - How do I stop getting OHKO by bosses?

I'm returning to the game after a several-month break for other games, and I'm getting back into the swing of it. I'm fighting Volcanusmon and struggling through the first 2 arms only for him to bring out 4 more and get annihilated.

I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. How much stronger do I need to be? Am I underleveled? What do I do about that?

I've included some shots of my existing party of Digimon, but these bosses seem crazy difficult.

Can't Access Internet from Wired Connection. The Orbi Admin Page says my device (desktop PC) is Blocked, but via the app I can see that it's not.

So I struggled to even log in to check any of this because Orbi's apps and admin page in the browser are all kind of garbage. On the web admin, I was able to get logged in, but when I went to Access Control or Attached Devices, it shows 400 Bad Request.

So I wasn't able to get into the mobile app at first, but I tried again after getting "logon timed out" several times, and I got that working by switching to cellular, being unable to use Anywhere Access (must not be enabled I guess??) and then going back to WiFi to connect.

Anyway, the mobile app was the only way I could look at the wired desktop PC in the settings and it showed as allowed, not blocked. I switched it to blocked then allowed again, but it's still showing blocked when I try to access the web admin.

More importantly, this whole issue arose because I can't get internet access on the desktop PC itself, and when I try to ping my default gateway (`ping 192.168.1.1`), the request times out. So it does seem like the router is rejecting the wired connection for some reason, but according to anything I can see in the mobile app, that should not be the case.

My Orbi device is an RBR40 by the way.

I also tried a factory reset and now I can't get into the thing at all because the Orbi app fails the internet connection test, I think it tries to hit a URL with a bad cert and I didn't approve it (accidentally) and now it doesn't ask me to approve it anymore and just fails that check so I can't proceed.

Looking for a Prebuilt PC for around $1000 CAD

Looking for a PC to handle some basic gaming for my wife.
Stuff like The Sims, Age of Empires 4 (not highest settings), that new RuneScape game, etc. nothing intense. Also she wants to use it for streaming (using a capture card probably).

Budget there is slightly flexible but I want to find something that'll do the trick on a reasonable budget.

Where's the best place to get quick drop-in dungeons?

I've tried browsing DM's Guild but I have so much trouble actually finding what I want with their interface. If I want to buy the occasional adventure/dungeon that I can slot into my ongoing campaign, where can I look to find that type of small content easily?

J-365 staying on "clock" display, can't find temperature setting

Giving this one another shot since the Google image I used on the last one threw folks off

I have a J-365 from I believe 2004ish, and it's stuck (not frozen) on a clock mode of some sort. I'm able to navigate around but I can't find anything about this screen or getting back to normal.

Previously we were able to adjust the temperature with the + and - buttons but now it's just on this "clock" and those just make the time go up and down. I've tried pressing different buttons and holding buttons but I can't find what to do there, nor can I find anything in the [manual](https://www.manualslib.com/products/Jacuzzi-J-365-2305280.html). Anyone know what this might be?

What P Bass is everyone buying in 2026?

I'm looking specifically at Fender myself, but I am interested in all answers. If you'd buy a Fender P Bass, which one is the one to buy in 2026? Your opinions and reasoning please!

and if not Fender, what are you buying instead?

Third Edition - worth getting into?

I've had the second edition for like a decade or so at this point and slowly I've added only a few of the expansions to my collection. While I'd not played it a ton for some time in there, my wife and I are getting back in and finally opening some expansions I'd not even touched yet.

That said, it looks like there's a third edition of the game these days. Assuming I wanted to complete the collection of the expansions...

  • Will this make collecting the rest of the expansions for the second edition harder?
  • Are third edition expansions compatible at all and/or will the visuals clash?
  • Should I just give up and try getting all third edition stuff instead?

I'm running a campaign and the party runs a town as a result of actions they've taken. They also own a castle in said town.

I'm looking for ways for them to have earned money in their absence as they will soon be returning. Are there mechanics around this? They're essentially the town's government so I'm wondering how that could have benefited them.
