this turned out so ugly lol 🙈 anyway it’s a cardamom crust with earl grey custard filling and a bruléed top

inside is an olive oil chiffon cake, tomato vine infused pastry cream, and a tomato/sour cherry jam 🍅

With sweet creme fraiche and candied pepitas :)

the crust is part biscuit, part fruit loops… then we have a classic vanilla cheesecake base but the cream was infused with fruit loops! topped with more fruit loops! honestly one of my fave bakes this year

first time making a chiffon cake! it’s a vanilla chiffon cake with a mixed berry mascarpone whipped cream filling, vanilla smbc, and loads of berries on top. plus my lil berry arch :)
