You have to choose between the first disc or Last Command? Which and why?

This might be the toughest thing I have pondered all month, but what if I had to choose? For me it would be the Last Command. I know many will disagree with me but I think it was their best disc.

Remind me again. I may have forgot.

But the Division 9, 65023 toolbox was a popular item. I am wondering if anyone remembers what the other numbers stood for? I remember the 6 was the number of drawers.

How to get good sponsorees?

I always enjoy (when I have availability) working with newcomers who want to work the steps. I had 2 great sponsors who helped me immensely but I am wondering about how to draw boundaries or set limits with people who say they want to work the steps but then do other things…

Some of what I have been plagued with recently with 3 guys I am currently sponsoring is all of them want to address outside issues and those are things that I do not talk about. Can I listen to you rant? Yeah for awhile but it’s like let’s get through the steps.

Some sponsorees want to talk about things that are out of their control.. and these issues trigger me.

Thoughts? Advice? Anyone else go through this?

Anyone feel rage after processing?

I am also wondering why the same stimuli (lightbar, tappers) is used for the desensitization and the reprocessing?

I was driving home from a meeting tonight and I heard an advertisement for AA on the radio. It was pretty informational and was quoting a guy who said “I started living again”. “I got sober in AA.” Then it listed the website.

Is this promotion? It didn’t sound like they were trying to sell the program but it was a commercial.

Thoughts?
