We're doing some stuff to our house (adding a room, rearranging an interior stairway, etc) and have enough in savings to pay for about half of the remodel. The remodel is half done and now we're trying to finalize the home equity loan we'd prequalified for ahead of time, and now they're asking questions that make it seem like they're balking because construction has already started (we're about 2 months into a 4 month project). Are we cooked?

As of yesterday the streak numbers no longer show up on the "Results" screen after your game, you have to click "Statistics" to see your streak. Honestly this will keep me from playing the game as much, if my streak is hidden I'm less likely to care about it. Some people won't even know it's there.

Curious what the reasoning was behind this change. The NYT puts crossword streaks right up front on the Games homepage to make sure you see it and know it's there.

Strained my calf or Achilles playing basketball; sharp pain and tough to walk on it. Doing ice/rest but planning to get it looked at if it doesn't get better, and it looks like my Oakland primary care doc's first appointment is in almost a month. When I select "Recent Injury" as the issue in the Kaiser scheduler it says "Appointments may be available in URGENT CARE or Minor Injury Clinic" and won't let me search for an appointment in Oakland. I select each of the suggested cities one by one, choose "Recent Injury" and "Next Available" and each one says "No appointments are available that match your selection." I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do here -- are they saying that the ER is my only option?

New updates to the site as of May 6. I like that the navigation is improved (even though I'd gotten fully used to the old one) -- now there's Daily, Weekly etc right up top. And I love that the weekly now says "Every Monday".

However, when you finish the daily game the "Results" button is now "See Leaderboard" which is not what anyone would click if they wanted to see the best route for the game they just finished. It was nice when the best answer came up right after you finished the game, I think new players will not know this is there.

Also the new, big "Play Another" button goes to a random archive post and sort of gets away from the "one-a day" nature of the game, although I do like that the archive is now available.

I have a Sony Xperia that's about 4 years old, and today when trying to use the app it said a new version is available and I need to update it, but the Play Store says the new version is not compatible with my device. So now I need to spend a thousand bucks on a new phone in order to deposit a check? And what new features require Android 13.0 that made this necessary? Were they weighed against the inconvenience for many Fidelity customers?

Playing The Who's "Won't Get Fooled Again" in a cover band and for personnel reasons it would be best if we could have one guitar player doing the iconic keyboard parts. Where would you start if you wanted to emulate this? (This is HX Stomp XL but Helix is OK too.)
