OK so at home I find it is nigh impossible to do leg curls to help hamstring curl/flexion. What I've tried:

TRX, feels like nothing.

Dumbbells, can't grip.

Kettlebell, not designed for flexion.

Nordics, unsupported trip to Faceplant City (15 miles west of Suplex City, borders Dudleyville and tri-city area with Springfield and Shelbyville)

Bands, too much tension before butt kick.

Tubes, tension is a mish-mash.

Sliders, can't on carpet.

Walkouts, the best BUT not scalable when the tension goes away with doing them routinely.

Is there anything I'm missing without shelling out a lot of money.

Am I the only one on here who love watching BryCowell's videos. For the most part since 1991/2 I've watched the parade live, live via tape or recorded. In think 2024 might have been the only one I didn't see... He has done pretty well with the videos he has done and given me information on the pre-1994 era where I followed balloons religiously.

OK so I've noticed a lot of replied for people getting into kettlebells or form when they use say a vinyl or cast iron kettlebell and at least one response is always "Get a competition kettlebell." And when some mention vinyl or cast iron they typically get downvoted especially with newbies wondering about it.

My question is are they worth the cost? I've gotten my up to 30lbs (don't ask me why but unlike most KBs they come in lbs when sold through Amazon or Walmart) and I think I paid $60 tops but yet competition I see is as much as some adjustable dumbbells I've gotten.

I am in a really tough spot after a car accident left me with a nice car but it now has a completely shattered shifter bezel and not a lot of money to chase fixes at all. The traction control wires are completely exposed to the Arizona heat, and I need a simple, rigid plate made to cover the hole and protect the wiring harness.

I do not have an STL file, but here are the rough physical dimensions of the opening: it is about 19 inches curving up to the console armrest box, about 5 inches wide up top, and roughly 6 inches wide by the 2.75-inch diameter cup holder, with a slot for the factory traction control switch. Trying to pull the brittle 28-year-old plastic apart any further to get microscopic measurements risks damaging the wiring connectors completely, so I'm hoping someone familiar with this layout can bridge the gap.

I am hoping someone in the community who already has a W-body chassis 3D file, or who owns a 1998–2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue or similar W-body by GM (like Lumina, Monte Carlo, or Regal), can help design a basic plate from scratch.

What I need:

The Design: A simplified plate that covers the opening and has a secure cutout slot for the factory traction control switch based on those dimensions.

The Print & Ship: Because I don't own a printer, lost my local library card details due to the accident, and cannot afford a professional shop right now, I need someone who can print the final piece and mail it to me.

Material: It MUST be printed in PETG or ASA plastic. Standard PLA plastic will instantly melt and warp in the brutal Arizona summer cabin heat.

I can cover a few dollars for a standard USPS shipping stamp/label to get it mailed to my door. If anyone has the file or the car and is willing to help me protect these fragile wires, please comment below! Thank you so much

Does anyone know where I can get a W body bezel for my 98 intrigue? It broke yesterday when my hand reached to get something in the passenger seat. I looked eBay and all they got are the consoles. I checked scrap but the nearest is in Fresno and I'm in Arizona not possible. I need a fix NOW due to Arizona and protecting the wiring inside.

OK besides injury, I've been training with kettlebells for about 9/10 months (October 2025) and I am decent with my form except on cleans. I have 25/26cm/10.5in long forearms so the standard "zipper up" cue doesn't mechanically work for my 30cm/12in circumference beefy part, 20cm/9in circumference near wrist. Is there any way I can help clean. I tried the wrist guards to prevent the crashing but traditional spearing still doesn't work and crashes like a wrecking ball. I like the total mix of muscles used in a clean but I know my geometry doesn't work with standard cues. Any suggestions?

So I have been kettlebelling for 9 months off and on. I know many kettlebell users use kettlebells as their only tool and will not use say barbells, dumbbells, TRX bands, resistance bands, resistance tubes, etc. I hybrid since kettlebells are great for my hinges but some exercises (hip thrust, chest press, various curls and vertical pulls) are not hit with kettlebells. What about you? Are kettlebells your exclusive workout tool or do hybrid it like me?
