Does your store do this?

The kids shoes are getting ridiculously too overwhelmed. No room but double rowing on the floor and inner wall. I just don’t know where else they supposed to go and since we’re not allowed to bring them back to the BOH

This adjustable scissor arm stand saved my neck

I tried using the folio case, but it wouldn’t stand vertically, so I had to lean forward every time. After a while, my neck started feeling strained. I even tried placing something underneath it to raise the screen closer to eye level, but it didn’t help much. And holding it for a while also made my arms and neck uncomfortable. I was gonna return it until I found this on Temu now i don’t have to worry about my neck it can be moved and adjusted to any angle I want

Ringing question

How to proceed when the register ran out of receipt paper and I need to give change but the drawer didn’t open? I did replace the roll paper but the drawer still didn’t open

Before & after (deep clean)pt2

Slow day, but productive. It probably wouldn’t have been possible if I kept getting called away all the time.

How to fix this?

If you were to recover this section how would you proceed step by step i feel like the first step is getting rid of all over the top items but one of my super says to hang as I go ‘cause it’ll take time if I just collect everything then hanging

No price tag question

How do you find an estimated price using Speedy SKU when the specific item isn’t listed for example, kids’ backpacks, pencil cases, or soccer balls? And for items that there’s only one available that cannot be compared?
The way I handled it was by selecting Boys Accessories, since the prices seemed to match. It came up as $12.98, which I used for the backpack and pencil case. Honestly the price didn’t make sense for the pencil case as it was smaller than the backpack but I gave the customer the price anyways they still took it. Is that the correct approach, or is there a better category to use?

Attendance points for shifts I actually worked?

Has anyone else received attendance points for shifts they actually worked?
I currently have 3.0 attendance points from two shifts that were marked as absences, even though I clocked in and worked both. I’ve already told my manager twice, but the points are still there.
Both times were double shifts where I worked straight through instead of clocking out after the first scheduled shift and clocking back in for the second. I don’t know if that’s what caused it, but from now on I’m going to follow the schedule exactly and clock out after the first shift, then clock back in for the second.
Has anyone else had this happen? How did you get the attendance points removed?

Before & After (deep clean)

They had me blitz the Home department, but I ended up deep-cleaning the closet and hanger section instead. I mean, I didn’t even know what else was supposed to be in the hanger section. There were trash cans and bathroom storage bins on the shelves, and I had to move a bunch of misplaced items too. It was honestly getting out of hand.

iPad 10th generation question

First timer here got the 64gb wifi only and will be using for trading and watch movies streaming online. Is 64gb enough? Also should I also buy the screen protector and the folio case with stand?

Extremely overloaded

What do you do when you’re putting items back on the sales floor and the rack is so overloaded that you literally can’t fit another hanger on the rail? I’m trying to go by category like Juniors fleece but can’t even slide a thing and tempted to hang them near a non Juniors rack

Recovering question

If I’m recovering say jeans rack and find:
A size 32 jean in the correct size 32 section, but it’s on a hanger/skittle labeled 34.
Or a size 34 jean hanging in the size 32 section but the hanger/skittle says 32.

Do you take the time to swap the hanger/skittle so everything matches perfectly, or do you leave it and keep moving to stay productive?
I’m trying to find the best balance between speed and accuracy. What would you do?

Can customers try these on?

Some of these girls dresses come with clear hanger straps are customers allow to cut them off and try them on I usually say no as removing them would mean they’re purchasing them?

Oops… Everyone Heard Me

I had one of the most embarrassing moments at work yesterday.
I was in the fitting room when my manager asked me to jump on register and told me to call the associate running my rack to take over the fitting room.
Nobody had ever shown me how to use the phone. I picked it up, dialed the 3 digit number my manager told me, and suddenly I heard my own voice blasting over the entire store.
I completely froze and just said, Hello?
Then after a couple seconds I realized everyone could hear me and I panicked, said, “Shoot,” and hung up.
My manager ended up making the announcement instead.
Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s accidentally embarrassed themselves over the store intercom on their first try 😂

Done with day trading: Why I’m betting my last capital on $SAFX long term

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share my story and a turnaround thesis I'm betting on. I recently lost almost everything day trading. It was a brutal lesson, but it forced me to stop chasing daily charts and start looking for true long-term value. I carved out a small, strictly limited portion of my savings to build this position, making sure my primary emergency fund stays completely safe and untouched.
Here is why I am putting my conviction into XCF Global ($SAFX) as a high-upside venture bet for the next 3 to 5 years:
The Sector is Mandatory: Every major sector eventually gets its breakout leader (like Tesla or Nvidia). I believe sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) will be that next massive sector because airlines are legally forced by governments to cut carbon emissions.
The "Survivor" Thesis: Many of you saw that their merger partner, DevvStream ($DEVS), was recently delisted from the Nasdaq for failing to stay above $1. Instead of panicking, this actually triggered my buy signal. It proved to me that SAFX is the true, stronger anchor of this merger. It owns the physical asset—the New Rise Reno refinery—which is already running and on schedule.
No Reverse Split Needed: SAFX was granted a massive Nasdaq extension until December 7, 2026. This gives management a huge runway to close their 3-party merger, scale their $1B revenue target, and push the stock price past $1 organically without resorting to a reverse split.
Management is Protecting Shareholders: They just legally canceled a toxic $50M financing line that would have flooded the market with 55 million new shares. A company trying to scam retail investors doesn't intentionally block its own dilution.
My Plan: I currently own 900 shares at a clean $0.43 average. I am planning to buy my final 100 shares on the next minor dip to hit a flat 1,000 shares, delete my trading apps, and let this ride as a long-term play while my remaining cash stays safe in the bank.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the SAF sector macro outlook!

Is this a glitch?

I was originally scheduled to work on the 28th, 3rd, and 4th. But when I checked the app the next day, those shifts were gone, and under the ‘Find Work / Cover Shift’ tab it says, ‘Schedule is not published for this week.’ Is that message shown to everyone when the schedule hasn’t been published, or just to me? My concern is that after tomorrow’s shift, I’m not even sure if I’m still scheduled to work on the 28th.

$15 for this?

Last time I grabbed them, they filled the palms of my hands. Now I just use my fingers.
