Buffy and jobs in season 6

Buffy's job hunting in season 6 should have involved her getting a lot of different jobs, fighting a demon and getting fired after. BUT there's consistently weird things about it. We see her look at her paycheck from one job and go "Why did they get me hazard pay?" Another time we hear she got a callback for an interview and she's like "I don't even remember putting an application there."

Finally towards the end of the season we get her with a job she likes and she's killed the demon she was fighting there and waiting for the other show and her boss is like "We've loved having you here, and I know it might interfere with your slaying, but we'd love if you'd stay on."

And we next cut to the house and her friends where we find out she kept the job and that a large chunk of people have at least some idea what she is and she was being used as a demon exterminator without knowing it the whole season

Also the Doublemeat Palace plot could be Dawn's job and Dawn got her to get a job there when there was a problem

Jonathan should have been arrested after Superstar

And I'm not just talking about because what he did was morally wrong or people could call what he did to those twins rape. I mean he infiltrated a top secret black ops military operation with magic. What he did should have got him disappeared like Ethan

the Buffyverse judgement on sex, not moral but something else

A lot of bad things happen with sex in the Buffyverse. Very obviously noted many times. I feel like it doesn't ever make a moral judgement on sex, it never says you're a bad person for sex

It does however say you are a STUPID person. It's like why are you thinking about sex now? Don't you think your priorities are kind of mixed up here? And so on.

anyone else ever feel that message?

Connor's fate in season 4

Do you think they were always building up to that, or was he just that badly received as a character due to their writing choices?

Thoughts on a practice squad QB?

anyone out there you'd like to see brought in, or possibly check out other teams cut lists?

it's looking more and more like Anton Kalikmannis will be making the squad as QB3. Now since Quinn's been coach, despite some fans desire to go two QBs on the roster one on the practice squad, we've generally gone three on the roster one on the practice squad. We could keep Hartman, but when he can't even beat out a guy like Anton, well how much is he likely to develop more

Or do we not have one of the PS?

Has anyone ever asked a sovereign citizen why they think their BS would get someone to admit to the conspiracy they've created in their head?

Of all the stuff I've seen in response to them, I have never seen anyone hit them with "even if what you were saying were true, the people who came up with it obviously don't admit to it. So why would you think trying all this stuff would accomplish anything?"

Could Frank and Margaret have gotten in trouble in the Trial of Henry Blake>

They actively attempt to prevent witnesses that can vouch for Henry. That feels like some type of obstruction of justice

There was a disconnect between BtVS and AtS that is never really discussed

I'm not sure what if anything the writers were trying to do but it feels like the seasons should have had like a conversation with each other but it's only tepidly examined, if at all

For example some people think there should be a connection between Jasmine's plan and the First's

In seasons 6 and 3 while Buffy is struggling with work to take care of herself and Dawn, Angel is raking it in to raise Connor.

But the big one that I never see talked about is Angel trying to save Darla in season 2 while Joyce is sick in season 5. But the thing is if Buffy had known about that test, then she could have saved Joyce

Do you ever wonder about how early Dark Willow was cut down?

Am I the only person who ever thinks about how the rumors of Dark Willow as Big Bad never actually talk about what she was going to do. What were her goals? Was Buffy actually going to spend half a season protecting Jonathan and Andrew?

We never hear how the Scoobies are going to deal with a powerful magic user for half a season with no help, since Tara's death was supposed to be the catalyst

Personally I think the idea was probably scrapped by the time ASH said he wanted to go home

Helped my parents do their taxes with Freetaxusa

It's a long story why we're just doing it now, but when it was done it printed out an additional worksheet for a $12,000 deduction. Now they were already at $0 owed before that, but I don't remember doing anything to claim that deduction. THey are both over 65 if that helps

Is there a consensus on the Willow/Tara Tough Love argument?

I know on this reddit, a consensus? What a joke.

But it's like initially the most common idea for that fight was Tara wanted to talk magic, which Willow didn't so she manipulated the talk to be about her lesbian "cred" and Tara couldn't get it back on track and had to defend herself

Nowadays, despite opinion souring on Willow, most people seem to agree the talk was about Tara worrying about the relationship and Willow seeing through it

My own take seems pretty rare. Tara wanted a legit talk about magic. Willow over analyzed what Tara was talking about and the situation they were in and decided there was no way it was really about magic and sincerely shifted the topic to what she beleve it had to really be about

Willow and the coven

This is a thought I have had based on a fanfic idea I've had for a long time

Wouldn't it have been interesting if the coven actually hadn't wanted train Willow?

Like after they talk to her in depth, give her therapy for all the trauma she suffered they decide from some of her responses that this girl in not fit for this power. So they're going to bind her.

Only for the seer who warned them of what was happening with Willow to have another vision that tells them that is the WORST for the world thing they could do. And so they have to teach her

The Abduction of Major Houlihan

A truly great ep, but as I'm watching it right now it occurred to me, we're getting camera shots from angles we don't normally get in quite a few places. Am I mistaken or were they trying something new?

Hawkeye's hair.

People talk about him going grey by the end of the show suggests it really was on to long, but he was going grey by season 5

I was looking at the roster and well, even if you think Mikey can recover and Amos will be fine, we're kind of low on depth. Behind Sainristil, Amos, Robertson and Witherspoon we have: Tre Haskins, Darius Rush, Qwuantrezz Knight, Carlin Vigers and Fred Davis

Even if you think there's potential and a decent pass rush can cover weaknesses, that's not a lot of quality depth
