When I was a kid back in the 2000s, I watched a short horror film, similar to the stories in Tales from the Crypt, but it was from a different anthology series. It was about a group of teenage friends who got into a car accident and drove straight into a river or lake (I can’t remember which).

Hi guys! Is it just me, or has anyone else been struggling to sleep lately?

For the past few days, I’ve been unable to fall asleep before 3 a.m. I’ve tried taking magnesium and melatonin, working out and biking at night to tire myself out, avoiding my phone once I’m in bed, playing white noise, and doing pretty much everything I can to make myself comfortable but nothing seems to help.

The strangest part is that once it reaches around 3 a.m., I suddenly get sleepy and can fall asleep almost immediately. It feels like my body has its own schedule and refuses to sleep earlier.

I’m curious if anyone else has gone through something similar. Did you find out what was causing it, or anything that actually helped?
