Could’ve added more rice but it’s healthier this way.
I have a gut test (SIBO) in the morning and am only allowed rice and tofu all day. Salt, pepper, and oil are the only seasonings allowed. I can actually have potatoes too so I might make some later.

Roasted Yukon golds with lemon and rosemary
Had some leftover bao that couldn’t be rehydrated well, so I scooped out the insides and mixed with rice and peas. Topped with some soy sauce and TJ’s sweet chili sauce. Pretty tasty!
