Best orange juice maker ever. My mom passed it on to me like 20 years ago and it still works.

Thai fried rice with veggies, tofu, and oyster mushrooms

Could’ve added more rice but it’s healthier this way.

Rice and tofu all day…

I have a gut test (SIBO) in the morning and am only allowed rice and tofu all day. Salt, pepper, and oil are the only seasonings allowed. I can actually have potatoes too so I might make some later.

I used coconut sugar for the sweetener. Really yummy!

Had some leftover bao that couldn’t be rehydrated well, so I scooped out the insides and mixed with rice and peas. Topped with some soy sauce and TJ’s sweet chili sauce. Pretty tasty!
