ULPT request: how to outcreep creeps in dms

My sister(14f) made a reddit account and abandoned it within a few days due to the sheer amount of creeps dm ing her. I'll turn off dms for her but before that, id like to give them a taste of their own medicine. Apart from reporting and blocking them, what could i do?

How to not lose focus in the middle of the exam?

I lose focus and get burnt out at the 1 hr mark of neet. This happens to me in every mock test as well and also happened in 3rd may. I usually complete bio and finish 8-10 q of chem by then, but am unable to solve rest of the paper properly, even the questions i know. After 15 mins, i usually regain my momentum slowly but have already lost 15 min in the process.

How do i stay in peak performance throughout the exam?
