Freelancing Advise (UK)

Hi team,

I'm soon to be leaving my current agency in a search for my next move and was just wondering on some advise of those of you who have tried your hand/currently working as a freelancer across prog.

My current experience (10+ years) has all been agency side, a mix of delivery/activation, strategy and planning. I'm looking to move over to the ad-tech side of things, but have also had a few people suggest looking into freelancing. Leaving my current role has, unfortunately, come against my decision due to budget cuts across the agency, so it's not something I've thought too much about up until now.

I guess my question for you guys (who are UK based) is, how do you begin to become a freelancer? How do you find the work balance? The pay looks like it could be great, but is the security a worry?

A very broad discussion, I guess I'm just looking for some advise and reassurance!

Help with toilet cistern

Hi team,

I’m having an issue with my toilet cistern, every 1-2 minutes it will refill slightly. I assume there is a leak somewhere in the cistern that is causing it to drop below and refill a small amount?

I’m not versed in plumbing at all, so attached is a photo - would be great to get some help on fixing this (the noise is extremely annoying!)

The white part on the left of the image is where the water is refilling, which is the part making the noise.

Hopefully this is a quick (and cheap) fix?

Exciting End Game & DLC Build

Hello tarnished, I’ve platinumed the game and completed the DLC when it came out and have recently picked up ER again after a couple of years out of the game.

What fun builds are there for a guy who typically loves quick bleed build up characters, how can i fine tune this for end game and another DLC run through?

Would love to incorporate some spells in here, I’ve never really leaned into faith before!

Have access to the DLC already (hence the backhand blades), so any armour/weapons/talismans that may be recommended from the DLC I can grab.

Edit: would also be keen if lightening builds are good for the remainder of my playthrough!

Console start up issue

Hey, hoping someone can help.

After turning my console on and selecting my login profile, the homepage doesn’t load, the animated background is the only thing on screen.

Moving the d-pad direction arrows I can hear the noise of moving around tiles/widgets, and pressing circle makes the sound when going back a page within the home screen/app environment, but I can’t see anything.

Pressing the Playstation button on the controller triggers the 🚫 (circle with a diagonal line through) icon in the top right.

The broadband connection is currently down in my area (console connected via WiFi), would that be an issue?

No disc in the disc tray.
