using a cheapo black cape from Aliexpress, parrts from the old ML Gorr figure and the Whale Works male body in grey, I'm planning to make the Gorr figure of my dreams!

rushed to take some pics since I was worried the greys wouldn't match or that the head would be too big, but I think it looks great! a bit on the small side tho, but I dont mind so much

IM FREAKING OUT! Started my playthrough of Pokemon Ruby randomly on my copy thats been inside my Gameboy Player for a couple months now. I decided to add a Ralts on my team so I hunted that, and man it took way too long. genuinely started having the thought of "lol feels like ill get a shiny before Ralts" and LO AND BEHOLD!! Realistically, it was about 50 encounters, of course I added him on the team.

Was lucky to get the Luna/Spidey pack at Target and while I was happy with it, I was a lil disappointed with Luna. I'm a casual fan of her, been a fan since her first app in Marvel Future Fight, so I wanted this to be good, and it wasn't, at least to me. So, I took some matters into my own hands and did what I could to fix the figure as much as possible. While I don't have exact pics, heres a breakdown on what I did in case anyone else feels the same and might wanna salvage their purchase.

All the issues stem from her original idle stance being really stiff. She looks like shes constantly making snow angels, so I tried to fix that as much as I could. First, I heated up some water, dumped her in, and popped her apart while she was hot. From there, I did the following.

I cut some of the coat off at the arm holes, specifically, I cut some at the bottom part of the arm holes to give the arms more clearance to come down. Did as much as I could to at least keep the shape, and the Black arm's straps at the forearm kill alot of downward movement so it would of been alot to cut. But just a lil did enough of a change for me.

Then, I shaved off some excess plastic at the hip ports. With just this, I was able to massively increase how close her legs can get to each other. Didnt even need to pop em off, with an exacto knife, I was able to do it while they were on the pegs and it made it easy to check if I did enough cutting by just seeing how the leg movement was improving (of course if you wanna do this, be careful as you might scratch the figure or her joints in parts you dont wanna scratch)

and lastly, I cut a biiiiggg chunk out of the waist to give the figure alot more crunch. The waist is connected to both the hips and the upper body, and both parts have an overlay that hides a majority of it, the upper body moreso. I did alot of cutting and shaving off the front part of the upper waist peg hole, and I mean Alot. Like, on any other figure it would leave a nasty hole, but you cannot see it at all on her cuz that upper body tank top overlay completely covers it. She got a much better crunch afterwards. The lower part tho is harder and I did try to cut less cuz it can be seen if you're not careful with moving that part of the joint. Didnt change that much anyhow.

She feels so much better now and I'm so glad! With these mods and if she came with some extra hands or something, she could of been my Figure of the Year, but being in a 2-pack with an MEH Spider-Man and having some gummy joints out of the box, it holds her back a bit. Still, I'm happy to have a figure of her finally. Might hit her with a matte spray to see if that helps with some details next

found this sick looking fella at a goodwill and I always wanted a Zurg so I snatched him up. For 3 bucks not bad, and I'll do some clean up on the side so thats no worry to me. But here's the thing, I can't seem to find anything about this guy?

What I found out at least is that he's the Toy Story And Beyond Zurg mold, but not the regular purple one, or the one that pops up if you look up "Toy Story and beyond black Zurg" as that shows the Glinding Zurg, which is a shade of Blue with Black highlights, not fully black with silver and red like this one. Only one with a similar color scheme is the "Zurg with Spider Chariot," but that looks like its a smaller scale as its missing parts like the red outlines and silver sholder pads.

so with that, Can anyone help me ID this guy?
