Literal hours after my last post, my guy has decided to get busy😅. Video is double-speed

Basically what the title says. Substrate is 70/30 zoomed jungle soil/coco fibre, 6-8" deep, humidity 97-99%, a warm spot right under the light reaches 85f, avg daytime temp 80f night time temp drops to 72f. Vin seems happy, enjoys exploring, hunts his own food, ive caught him drinking from the water bowl, ive added a ton of clutter and hiding nooks/crannies and every opportunity to dig a burrow (even tried to prestart one under the opossum skull) but nah. Im not complaining, hes more active than some of my wolf spiders. He does have a particular hide he sleeps in, but based on everything i thought i knew about vins i thought i would never see him?

Phidippus mystaceus found in Hunt county, Texas. Fast lil bugger, tried to get better pics and he teleported. Couldnt find him again lol.

Had his first molt since bringing him home a few days ago, proved out to be male (2nd pic). So he graduated to my main display, with my other large male wolfies, a small lizard named Slinky, and a young Texas rat snake. He has staked out a random chunk of cork smack in the middle of the tank as his domain and is currently occupied by continuous cricket invasion and is having the time of his life. My sister said he looked like the dog from Toy Story, so 8 months after being introduced by accident via some of the wood (im guessing?) my adult male Scincella lateralis finally has a name! 40g bioactive viv, his roommates are a juvenile texas ratsnake and several very large wolf spiders. Yes, on purpose, and the spiders were there first. Slinky has completely taken to his life of luxury here, the spiders stay very well fed and dont see him as prey and they dont to my knowledge directly compete for food. Tbh Im not exactly sure what he eats but he is always thicc. i see him all throughout the day at all levels of the enclosure and i have 100% fallen in love with him lol
