Catering Suggestions that can deliver to Julian

Looking for suggestions for restaurants that can cater a casual lunch for about 60 people up in Julian. Open to them just dropping off food or setting it up and manning a station. Flexible on cuisines. Just want suggestions for spots that people recommend that have great food that do a great job serving that in a catering/bulk setting and that would hold up well given the need for drive/delivery from the greater SD area up to Julian and are ok with driving that distance. And at a reasonable price point (say.. $15-$30 pp plus a delivery fee.

Where can I find a hojicha latte that already includes espresso in it?

Looking for coffeeshops in LA that serve a hojicha latter WITH espresso, similar to the black camo latte from Sawada Coffee in Chicago. I know plenty of places have hojicha and can do a hojicha latte and yes they can add a double espresso but by the time you do all that, especially if they also charge for alt milk yours at like $12 for the drink hence why I’m just trying to figure out if anywhere has a hojicha latte on their menu that already includes espresso.

What would you change, in hindsight?

Wedding coming up in 6 weeks and curious to hear from people who’ve been through this, what you would do differently, in hindsight after reflecting on your wedding? Could be things you would do that you didn’t do but wish you had? Or things you did do but wish you hadn’t spent any time or money on? Mostly friends, plus close family. We have a few extra days around the wedding for more time with everyone and everyone is staying on site. But just trying to figure out, now that we’re in the home stretch, what’s worth spending additional time and money on to make things special (or avoid) - things to offer for people during the wedding, special moments, things to focus on, things to make sure we do, or don’t do. Looking to figure out how to make sure we have as little regrets as possible looking back. Thank you!
