My first bill was generated for the 75% off deal. It's $18.25 and will be auto-paid from a credit card on file on July 30th. My question is I saw there's a pay early option. And when I click on it it gives a message stating it will be deducted from my balance but will not appear on my statement until the next billing cycle. Does that mean if I prepay $18.25 today will it be put towards the bill that is due July 30th or the bill that would be generated Aug 19th and be due Aug 30/31st
Just don't wanna lose out on the $18.25 and have that go towards August bill and still pay on July 30th. Sorry for the long drawn on post. Any and all info on this subject matter is greatly appreciated
Saw that there was a 75% off promo for the year of service. Ported in on July 17th. Picked the $65 plan which showed being $17. First bill is generated and finalizing today. Total is $18.25 , tracking the promo and looking at the breakdown it looks like I’m getting bill credits at $54.75 off the $65 plan which makes it $10.26 before taxes. The taxes and fees are $7.99 which makes the first bill $18.25 , so If im getting $54.75 off each month of service that means I’m getting 84.22% off opposed to 75%. Hey I ain’t complaining lol, is the extra 9% towards bill credits because of the higher rate of taxes and fees. So I assume I’ll be getting the $54.75 off each month and every bill will be $18.25 (am I correct in assuming this or is this 75% off only for one month) So far so good with the service and speeds , happy switcher here

Opened account yesterday. No where on the website did it give me the option to pick network that would be used. Noticed after service started it was AT&T, which in the area I’m in is horrible. So about 7 hours ago I initiated and paid for the new months of service and had it switched to Verizon but still not completed and new eSIM sent. Has anyone done this. How long did it take to complete ?
Been getting this message for a while when trying to make mobile orders. I’ve signed out and back in nothing, I downloaded it and reinstalled it nothing. Nothing wrong with card I use and have emailed Dunkin was wondering if anyone else encountered this. Got an answer and it got fixed while I wait for possible response from Dunkin customer service, thanks
