How many mg of magnesium glycimate do you take?

I have been having headaches everyday for last 2 week (an hour or two in the morning and ~2hours around 5pm) thinking whether should start supplementing magnesium. I've done keto before for around 1.5 years strict and now doing it again and I'm on month 3-strict. The first time I did keto, I only felt the need to supplement about 9 months in, and this round of headache, nausea and brain fog is really driving me insane. Ive been more emotionally sensitive lately as well. The conclusion my doctor has is that it's likely just stress from work as my brain is "juicy" per her description. The painkillers don't really work and I really feel like I'm going insane.

I was reccomended a brand by my doctor which has 834mg of magnesium glycinate which yields 150mg of elemental magnesium daily. Was thinking if I should take 2 pills a day to hit 300mg of magnesium. How much magnesium do you usually supplement?

Going to Melbourne for a casual trip(been there a couple times). Please reccomend some great shopping, minor sightseeing and food options!

Goal is to chill and enjoy. Will be going there in mid September. Will be staying at Mgallery, cuz we love Chadstone. So something around the area is great

Disturbing morality- Zombie Stage

The way the zombies are treated disgusts me so much.

Honestly some parts in a way don't make sense.

The zombies looked like they are owned by people.

If my close family member became a zombie, I'd honestly assume that "ownership" returns to the family. It is insane that humans treat the dead so callously. If my child or parent became a zombie I'd freak out on anyone else that dares harm them/explot them.

Are all of the main members orphans?

It's strange to see that no one sympathises with the zombies.

The humans in zombie stage are so far removed from our modern morality that it is absolutely disgusting. It's akin to slavery of diseased humans.

But anyways. This is fiction and the logic of the plot feels like some guro kink manhwa.

Generated a ghost I saw when I was younger

When I was young, around 7, I went to the downstairs bathroom to pee. I left the door open because I was scared. After i flushed and tried to go up the stairs, I saw a ring of black smoke twirled from across the living room. From it a dark cloud of smoke/cloud came out. It was as tall as an adult man, but was not shaped like a human just a tall, long chunky cloud like it surrounded a human. From it, two small beams of red light came from within the cloud. It looked like the cloud's eyes. It floated across the living room and when it was in front of me, it slowly turned towards me and looked down at me. I was frozen solid. Then it turned around towards the back of the house. I felt like I could suddenly move, bolted up the stairs, shouted at my parents that I saw a ghost and they tell me to just go to bed I did because I was freaked out
