Made using my cinnamon roll recipe, so this is my second time making this dough, this time instead of cinnamon/butter/sugar, I used a white chocolate filling and Oreo crumb, topped with cream cheese buttercream, and more Oreo crumb on top.
Pretty happy with this!

I took an order for a new wholesale customer for cinnamon rolls. I kinda had faith in myself that I would be able to do them and I’m pretty happy with how they came out.
For the icing, I mixed cream cheese with my usual vanilla bean buttercream and it tastes really good.
Hopefully their customers will enjoy them!
Any tips or tricks for cinnamon rolls going forward I would definitely appreciate them! Thank you.

I have a small food business in the West of Ireland. We don’t have Crumbl here and I love some of their cookies. I tried to make their Oreo Cookie and was really happy with it, so decided today to do their Lemon & Blueberry Cookie.

The biscuit base was a lemon shortbread, using lemon zest, juice & extract, topped with a blueberry buttercream & a little drizzle of blueberry compote on top.

Still a work in progress and I got distracted and burnt my last batch so will make a few more this evening 🤭

I own a small food business which includes baking wholesale for a small number of cafes and such.
These are for today for a new coffee trailer opening nearby, a Pistachio & White Chocolate Cookie.
They turned out a little smaller than I thought they would - not sure whether it’s best to have small and high or longer and flatter cookies, but I liked the taste of these.

I use Callebaut White Chocolate which has a minimum 28% cocoa solids and nibbed pistachios.

Do you prefer tall cookies, or shorter more spread ones?

My Oreo Crumbl Cookie Dupe, made them yesterday and they sold out yesterday and today 🤣

I own a very small food business in Co. Galway, Ireland and this was requested yesterday for a birthday! I started them during Covid and really enjoy making them.

Pictured is today’s parking eejit! Another one blocked the out exit of the car park which is apparently a staff parking zone.

Parking in Galway is absolute carnage, but I can’t believe these cars that block the entrances and exits.

My mom is in hospital and out the window I saw this, a car parked in the out exit of a car park at the back of UHG

Was there for at least a couple of hours if not more.
